Leitet (weidet) die Herde Gottes bei euch, indem ihr für sie sorgt (sie beaufsichtigt) nicht gezwungen, sondern freiwillig gemäß Gottes Auftrag, Gebot, auch nicht um Gewinns willen (aus Profitgier), sondern bereitwillig,
Apacentad la grey de Dios que está entre vosotros, teniendo cuidado de ella, no por fuerza, sino voluntariamente; no por ganancia deshonesta, sino de un ánimo pronto;
Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;
shepherd the flock of God which is among you, exercising the oversight, not under compulsion, but voluntarily; not for dishonest gain, but willingly;
noch wie Herrscher über euren Anteil an der Herde, sondern (Vorbilder gewordene =) als Vorbilder der Herde.

Und wenn der Erzhirte (Oberhirte) erscheinen wird (sich zeigen wird), werdet ihr den unverwelklichen (unvergänglichen) Kranz der Herrlichkeit (Ehre) erlangen.
Y cuando apareciere el Príncipe de los pastores, vosotros recibiréis la corona incorruptible de gloria.
And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.

Ebenso (in gleicher Weise) ihr Jungen, ordnet euch den Ältesten (Älteren) unter! Alle aber legt (zieht) den anderen gegenüber die Demut an, denn Gott „widersetzt sich den Stolzen,den Demütigen aber gibt er Gnade“.

dem widersteht fest im Glauben, weil ihr wisst, dass sich die selben Leiden an eurer Bruderschaft in der Welt vollziehen.
Al cual resistid firmes en la fe, sabiendo que las mismas aflicciones han de ser cumplidas en la compañía de vuestros hermanos que están en el mundo.
Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.

Aber der Gott aller Gnade, der euch berufen hat zu seiner ewigen Herrlichkeit in Christus Jesus, nachdem ihr ein wenig gelitten habt, wird euch zurechthelfen (in Ordnung bringen, vollenden), stark machen (befestigen), Kraft verleihen, fest gründen (befestigen).
