1 Samuel 11

Saúl estaba arando en el campo, y cuando regresó al pueblo preguntó: «¿Qué pasa? ¿Por qué están llorando?». Al enterarse de lo que habían mandado a decir los de Jabés,

Y he aquí Saúl que venía del campo, tras los bueyes; y dijo Saúl: ¿Qué tiene el pueblo, que lloran? Y contáronle las palabras de los hombres de Jabes.

And, behold, Saul came after the herd out of the field; and Saul said, What aileth the people that they weep? And they told him the tidings of the men of Jabesh.

Behold, Saul came following the oxen out of the field; and Saul said, “What ails the people that they weep?” They told him the words of the men of Jabesh.
