und fallt nicht von ihm ab, daß ihr den Götzen nachgeht, die nicht helfen und nicht erretten können, weil sie ja nichts sind.

No os apartéis en pos de las vanidades, que no aprovechan ni libran, porque son vanidades.

And turn ye not aside: for then should ye go after vain things, which cannot profit nor deliver; for they are vain.

Don’t turn away to go after vain things which can’t profit or deliver, for they are vain.
