1 Samuel 12

Samuel disse a todo o Israel: “Eis que ouvi a voz de vocês em tudo o que me disseram e constituí um rei sobre vocês.

Y DIJO Samuel á todo Israel: He aquí, yo he oído vuestra voz en todas las cosas que me habéis dicho, y os he puesto rey.

And Samuel said unto all Israel, Behold, I have hearkened unto your voice in all that ye said unto me, and have made a king over you.

Samuel said to all Israel, “Behold, I have listened to your voice in all that you said to me, and have made a king over you.

Agora, eis que o rei anda diante de vocês. Eu já estou velho e de cabelos brancos. Eis que os meus filhos estão com vocês. E eu tenho andado diante de vocês desde a minha juventude até o dia de hoje.

Ahora pues, he aquí vuestro rey va delante de vosotros. Yo soy ya viejo y cano: mas mis hijos están con vosotros, y yo he andado delante de vosotros desde mi mocedad hasta este día.

And now, behold, the king walketh before you: and I am old and grayheaded; and, behold, my sons are with you: and I have walked before you from my childhood unto this day.

Now, behold, the king walks before you. I am old and gray-headed. Behold, my sons are with you. I have walked before you from my youth to this day.

Aqui estou eu. Testemunhem contra mim perante o SENHOR e perante o seu ungido. De quem tomei um boi? De quem tomei um jumento? A quem defraudei? A quem oprimi? Da mão de quem aceitei suborno para fechar os meus olhos? E eu o restituirei a vocês.”

Aquí estoy; atestiguad contra mí delante de Jehová y delante de su ungido, si he tomado el buey de alguno, ó si he tomado el asno de alguno, ó si he calumniado á alguien, ó si he agraviado á alguno, ó si de alguien he tomado cohecho por el cual haya cubierto mis ojos: y os satisfaré.

Behold, here I am: witness against me before the LORD, and before his anointed: whose ox have I taken? or whose ass have I taken? or whom have I defrauded? whom have I oppressed? or of whose hand have I received any bribe to blind mine eyes therewith? and I will restore it you.

Here I am. Witness against me before the LORD and before his anointed. Whose ox have I taken? Whose donkey have I taken? Whom have I defrauded? Whom have I oppressed? Of whose hand have I taken a bribe to make me blind my eyes? I will restore it to you.”

Eles responderam: “Você não nos defraudou, nem nos oprimiu, nem tomou coisa alguma da mão de ninguém.”

Entonces dijeron: Nunca nos has calumniado, ni agraviado, ni has tomado algo de mano de ningún hombre.

And they said, Thou hast not defrauded us, nor oppressed us, neither hast thou taken ought of any man’s hand.

They said, “You have not defrauded us, nor oppressed us, neither have you taken anything from anyone’s hand.”

Ele lhes disse: “O SENHOR é testemunha contra vocês, e o seu ungido é testemunha hoje, de que nada encontraram nas minhas mãos.” E eles disseram: “Ele é testemunha.”

Y él les dijo: Jehová es testigo contra vosotros, y su ungido también es testigo en este día, que no habéis hallado en mi mano cosa ninguna. Y ellos respondieron: Así es.

And he said unto them, The LORD is witness against you, and his anointed is witness this day, that ye have not found ought in my hand. And they answered, He is witness.

He said to them, “The LORD is witness against you, and his anointed is witness today, that you have not found anything in my hand.” They said, “He is witness.”

Samuel disse ao povo: “Foi o SENHOR quem designou Moisés e Arão, e que tirou os seus pais da terra do Egito.

Entonces Samuel dijo al pueblo: Jehová es quien hizo á Moisés y á Aarón, y que sacó á vuestros padres de la tierra de Egipto.

And Samuel said unto the people, It is the LORD that advanced Moses and Aaron, and that brought your fathers up out of the land of Egypt.

Samuel said to the people, “It is the LORD who appointed Moses and Aaron, and that brought your fathers up out of the land of Egypt.

Agora, portanto, fiquem parados, para que eu possa argumentar com vocês perante o SENHOR a respeito de todos os atos de justiça do SENHOR, que ele fez por vocês e pelos seus pais.

Ahora pues, aguardad, y yo os haré cargo delante de Jehová de todas las justicias de Jehová, que ha hecho con vosotros y con vuestros padres.

Now therefore stand still, that I may reason with you before the LORD of all the righteous acts of the LORD, which he did to you and to your fathers.

Now therefore stand still, that I may plead with you before the LORD concerning all the righteous acts of the LORD, which he did to you and to your fathers.

“Quando Jacó foi para o Egito, e os pais de vocês clamaram ao SENHOR, então o SENHOR enviou Moisés e Arão, que tiraram os seus pais do Egito e os fizeram habitar neste lugar.

Después que Jacob hubo entrado en Egipto y vuestros padres clamaron á Jehová, Jehová envió á Moisés y á Aarón, los cuales sacaron á vuestros padres de Egipto, y los hicieron habitar en este lugar.

When Jacob was come into Egypt, and your fathers cried unto the LORD, then the LORD sent Moses and Aaron, which brought forth your fathers out of Egypt, and made them dwell in this place.

“When Jacob had come into Egypt, and your fathers cried to the LORD, then the LORD sent Moses and Aaron, who brought your fathers out of Egypt, and made them to dwell in this place.

Mas eles se esqueceram do SENHOR seu Deus; e ele os vendeu para as mãos de Sísera, comandante do exército de Hazor, e para as mãos dos filisteus, e para as mãos do rei de Moabe; e eles lutaram contra os seus pais.

Y olvidaron á Jehová su Dios, y él los vendió en la mano de Sísara capitán del ejército de Asor, y en la mano de los Filisteos, y en la mano del rey de Moab, los cuales les hicieron guerra.

And when they forgat the LORD their God, he sold them into the hand of Sisera, captain of the host of Hazor, and into the hand of the Philistines, and into the hand of the king of Moab, and they fought against them.

But they forgot the LORD their God; and he sold them into the hand of Sisera, captain of the army of Hazor, and into the hand of the Philistines, and into the hand of the king of Moab; and they fought against them.

Eles clamaram ao SENHOR, dizendo: ‘Nós pecamos, pois abandonamos o SENHOR e servimos aos baalins e às imagens de Astarote; mas agora livra-nos das mãos dos nossos inimigos, e nós te serviremos.’

Y ellos clamaron á Jehová, y dijeron: Pecamos, que hemos dejado á Jehová, y hemos servido á los Baales y á Astaroth: líbranos pues ahora de la mano de nuestros enemigos, y te serviremos.

And they cried unto the LORD, and said, We have sinned, because we have forsaken the LORD, and have served Baalim and Ashtaroth: but now deliver us out of the hand of our enemies, and we will serve thee.

They cried to the LORD, and said, ‘We have sinned, because we have forsaken the LORD and have served the Baals and the Ashtaroth; but now deliver us out of the hand of our enemies, and we will serve you.’

O SENHOR enviou Jerubaal, Bedã, Jefté e Samuel, e os livrou das mãos dos seus inimigos de todos os lados; e vocês viveram em segurança.

Entonces Jehová envió á Jerobaal, y á Bedán, y á Jephté, y á Samuel, y os libró de mano de vuestros enemigos alrededor, y habitasteis seguros.

And the LORD sent Jerubbaal, and Bedan, and Jephthah, and Samuel, and delivered you out of the hand of your enemies on every side, and ye dwelled safe.

The LORD sent Jerubbaal, Bedan, Jephthah, and Samuel, and delivered you out of the hand of your enemies on every side; and you lived in safety.

“Quando vocês viram que Naás, rei dos filhos de Amom, vinha contra vocês, disseram-me: ‘Não, mas queremos que um rei reine sobre nós’, embora o SENHOR, o seu Deus, fosse o seu rei.

Y habiendo visto que Naas rey de lo hijos de Ammón venía contra vosotros, me dijisteis: No, sino rey reinará sobre nosotros; siendo vuestro rey Jehová vuestro Dios.

And when ye saw that Nahash the king of the children of Ammon came against you, ye said unto me, Nay; but a king shall reign over us: when the LORD your God was your king.

“When you saw that Nahash the king of the children of Ammon came against you, you said to me, ‘No, but a king shall reign over us,’ when the LORD your God was your king.

Agora, portanto, vejam o rei que vocês escolheram e que pediram. Eis que o SENHOR constituiu um rei sobre vocês.

Ahora pues, ved aquí vuestro rey que habéis elegido, el cual pedisteis; ya veis que Jehová ha puesto sobre vosotros rey.

Now therefore behold the king whom ye have chosen, and whom ye have desired! and, behold, the LORD hath set a king over you.

Now therefore see the king whom you have chosen and whom you have asked for. Behold, the LORD has set a king over you.

Se vocês temerem ao SENHOR, e o servirem, e derem ouvidos à sua voz, e não se rebelarem contra o mandamento do SENHOR, então tanto vocês como o rei que reina sobre vocês serão seguidores do SENHOR, o Deus de vocês.

Si temiereis á Jehová y le sirviereis, y oyereis su voz, y no fuereis rebeldes á la palabra de Jehová, así vosotros como el rey que reina sobre vosotros, seréis en pos de Jehová vuestro Dios.

If ye will fear the LORD, and serve him, and obey his voice, and not rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then shall both ye and also the king that reigneth over you continue following the LORD your God:

If you will fear the LORD, and serve him, and listen to his voice, and not rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then both you and also the king who reigns over you are followers of the LORD your God.

Mas se não derem ouvidos à voz do SENHOR, e se rebelarem contra o mandamento do SENHOR, então a mão do SENHOR será contra vocês, assim como foi contra os seus pais.

Mas si no oyereis la voz de Jehová, y si fuereis rebeldes á las palabras de Jehová, la mano de Jehová será contra vosotros como contra vuestros padres.

But if ye will not obey the voice of the LORD, but rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then shall the hand of the LORD be against you, as it was against your fathers.

But if you will not listen to the LORD’s voice, but rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then the LORD’s hand will be against you, as it was against your fathers.

“Agora, pois, fiquem parados e vejam esta grande coisa que o SENHOR fará diante dos olhos de vocês.

Esperad aún ahora, y mirad esta gran cosa que Jehová hará delante de vuestros ojos.

Now therefore stand and see this great thing, which the LORD will do before your eyes.

“Now therefore stand still and see this great thing, which the LORD will do before your eyes.

Não é hoje a colheita do trigo? Invocarei ao SENHOR, para que ele envie trovões e chuva; e vocês saberão e verão como foi grande a maldade que cometeram aos olhos do SENHOR, ao pedirem um rei.”

¿No es ahora la siega de los trigos? Yo clamaré á Jehová, y él dará truenos y aguas; para que conozcáis y veáis que es grande vuestra maldad que habéis hecho en los ojos de Jehová, pidiéndoos rey.

Is it not wheat harvest to day? I will call unto the LORD, and he shall send thunder and rain; that ye may perceive and see that your wickedness is great, which ye have done in the sight of the LORD, in asking you a king.

Isn’t it wheat harvest today? I will call to the LORD, that he may send thunder and rain; and you will know and see that your wickedness is great, which you have done in the LORD’s sight, in asking for a king.”

Então Samuel invocou o SENHOR, e o SENHOR enviou trovões e chuva naquele dia. E todo o povo temeu grandemente ao SENHOR e a Samuel.

Y Samuel clamó á Jehová; y Jehová dió truenos y aguas en aquel día; y todo el pueblo temió en gran manera á Jehová y á Samuel.

So Samuel called unto the LORD; and the LORD sent thunder and rain that day: and all the people greatly feared the LORD and Samuel.

So Samuel called to the LORD, and the LORD sent thunder and rain that day. Then all the people greatly feared the LORD and Samuel.

Todo o povo disse a Samuel: “Ore pelos seus servos ao SENHOR, seu Deus, para que não morramos; pois a todos os nossos pecados acrescentamos este mal de pedir para nós um rei.”

Entonces dijo todo el pueblo á Samuel: Ruega por tus siervos á Jehová tu Dios, que no muramos: porque á todos nuestros pecados hemos añadido este mal de pedir rey para nosotros.

And all the people said unto Samuel, Pray for thy servants unto the LORD thy God, that we die not: for we have added unto all our sins this evil, to ask us a king.

All the people said to Samuel, “Pray for your servants to the LORD your God, that we not die; for we have added to all our sins this evil, to ask for a king.”

Samuel disse ao povo: “Não tenham medo. Vocês de fato cometeram todo este mal; contudo, não se desviem de seguir o SENHOR, mas sirvam ao SENHOR de todo o coração.

Y Samuel respondió al pueblo: No temáis: vosotros habéis cometido todo este mal; mas con todo eso no os apartéis de en pos de Jehová, sino servid á Jehová con todo vuestro corazón:

And Samuel said unto the people, Fear not: ye have done all this wickedness: yet turn not aside from following the LORD, but serve the LORD with all your heart;

Samuel said to the people, “Don’t be afraid. You have indeed done all this evil; yet don’t turn away from following the LORD, but serve the LORD with all your heart.

Não se desviem para seguir coisas inúteis que não podem trazer proveito nem salvar, pois são vaidades.

No os apartéis en pos de las vanidades, que no aprovechan ni libran, porque son vanidades.

And turn ye not aside: for then should ye go after vain things, which cannot profit nor deliver; for they are vain.

Don’t turn away to go after vain things which can’t profit or deliver, for they are vain.

Pois o SENHOR não abandonará o seu povo por causa do seu grande nome, porque foi do agrado do SENHOR fazer de vocês um povo para si mesmo.

Pues Jehová no desamparará á su pueblo por su grande nombre; porque Jehová ha querido haceros pueblo suyo.

For the LORD will not forsake his people for his great name’s sake: because it hath pleased the LORD to make you his people.

For the LORD will not forsake his people for his great name’s sake, because it has pleased the LORD to make you a people for himself.

E quanto a mim, longe de mim que eu peque contra o SENHOR, deixando de orar por vocês; antes, lhes ensinarei o caminho bom e reto.

Así que, lejos sea de mí que peque yo contra Jehová cesando de rogar por vosotros; antes yo os enseñaré por el camino bueno y derecho.

Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the LORD in ceasing to pray for you: but I will teach you the good and the right way:

Moreover, as for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the LORD in ceasing to pray for you; but I will instruct you in the good and the right way.

Somente temam ao SENHOR, e sirvam-no com fidelidade de todo o coração; pois considerem as grandes coisas que ele fez por vocês.

Solamente temed á Jehová, y servidle de verdad con todo vuestro corazón, porque considerad cuán grandes cosas ha hecho con vosotros.

Only fear the LORD, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you.

Only fear the LORD, and serve him in truth with all your heart; for consider what great things he has done for you.

Mas se continuarem a fazer o mal, vocês serão consumidos, tanto vocês como o seu rei.”

Mas si perseverareis en hacer mal, vosotros y vuestro rey pereceréis.

But if ye shall still do wickedly, ye shall be consumed, both ye and your king.

But if you keep doing evil, you will be consumed, both you and your king.”
