Assim, sempre que os israelitas tinham de afiar os seus arados, os machados ou as enxadas, era preciso levar essas ferramentas aos ferreiros filisteus.

Y todos los de Israel descendían á los Filisteos cada cual á amolar su reja, su azadón, su hacha, ó su sacho,
