11«Lamento haber hecho rey a Saúl porque nuevamente me ha desobedecido». Samuel se apesadumbró cuando oyó lo que el Señor le dijo, tanto, que lloró delante de Dios toda aquella noche.

11Pésame de haber puesto por rey á Saúl, porque se ha vuelto de en pos de mí, y no ha cumplido mis palabras. Y apesadumbróse Samuel, y clamó á Jehová toda aquella noche.

11It repenteth me that I have set up Saul to be king: for he is turned back from following me, and hath not performed my commandments. And it grieved Samuel; and he cried unto the LORD all night.
