1 Samuel 15

So spricht der HERR Zebaoth: Ich habe bedacht, was Amalek Israel tat, und wie er ihm den Weg verlegte, da er aus Ägypten zog.

Y SAMUEL dijo á Saúl: Jehová me envió á que te ungiese por rey sobre su pueblo Israel: oye pues la voz de las palabras de Jehová.

Samuel also said unto Saul, The LORD sent me to anoint thee to be king over his people, over Israel: now therefore hearken thou unto the voice of the words of the LORD.

Samuel said to Saul, “The LORD sent me to anoint you to be king over his people, over Israel. Now therefore listen to the voice of the LORD’s words.

So zeuch nun hin und schlage die Amalekiter und verbanne sie mit allem, das sie haben. Schone seiner nicht, sondern töte beide Mann und Weib, Kinder und Säuglinge, Ochsen und Schafe, Kamele und Esel.

Así ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos: Acuérdome de lo que hizo Amalec á Israel; que se le opuso en el camino, cuando subía de Egipto.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts, I remember that which Amalek did to Israel, how he laid wait for him in the way, when he came up from Egypt.

The LORD of Armies says, ‘I remember what Amalek did to Israel, how he set himself against him on the way when he came up out of Egypt.

Saul ließ solches vor das Volk kommen; und er zählete sie zu Thelaim, zweihunderttausend Fußvolks und zehntausend Mann aus Juda.

Ve pues, y hiere á Amalec, y destruiréis en él todo lo que tuviere: y no te apiades de él: mata hombres y mujeres, niños y mamantes, vacas y ovejas, camellos y asnos.

Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.

Now go and strike Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and don’t spare them; but kill both man and woman, infant and nursing baby, ox and sheep, camel and donkey.’”

Und da Saul kam zu der Amalekiter Stadt, machte er einen Hinterhalt am Bach

Saúl pues juntó el pueblo, y reconociólos en Telaim, doscientos mil de á pie, y diez mil hombres de Judá.

And Saul gathered the people together, and numbered them in Telaim, two hundred thousand footmen, and ten thousand men of Judah.

Saul summoned the people, and counted them in Telaim, two hundred thousand footmen and ten thousand men of Judah.

und ließ dem Keniter sagen: Gehet hin, weichet und ziehet herab von den Amalekitern, daß ich euch nicht mit ihnen aufräume; denn ihr tatet Barmherzigkeit an allen Kindern Israel, da sie aus Ägypten zogen. Also machten sich die Keniter von den Amalekitern.

Y viniendo Saúl á la ciudad de Amalec, puso emboscada en el valle.

And Saul came to a city of Amalek, and laid wait in the valley.

Saul came to the city of Amalek, and set an ambush in the valley.

Da schlug Saul die Amalekiter von Hevila an bis gen Sur, die vor Ägypten liegt.

Y dijo Saúl al Cineo: Idos, apartaos, y salid de entre los de Amalec, para que no te destruya juntamente con él: pues que tú hiciste misericordia con todos los hijos de Israel, cuando subían de Egipto. Apartóse pues el Cineo de entre los de Amalec.

And Saul said unto the Kenites, Go, depart, get you down from among the Amalekites, lest I destroy you with them: for ye shewed kindness to all the children of Israel, when they came up out of Egypt. So the Kenites departed from among the Amalekites.

Saul said to the Kenites, “Go, depart, go down from among the Amalekites, lest I destroy you with them; for you showed kindness to all the children of Israel when they came up out of Egypt.” So the Kenites departed from among the Amalekites.

Und griff Agag, der Amalekiter König, lebendig, und alles Volk verbannete er mit des Schwerts Schärfe.

Y Saúl hirió á Amalec, desde Havila hasta llegar á Shur, que está á la frontera de Egipto.

And Saul smote the Amalekites from Havilah until thou comest to Shur, that is over against Egypt.

Saul struck the Amalekites, from Havilah as you go to Shur, which is before Egypt.

Aber Saul und das Volk schonte des Agag, und was gute Schafe und Rinder und gemästet war, und der Lämmer und alles, was gut war, und wollten's nicht verbannen; was aber schnöde und untüchtig war, das verbanneten sie.

Y tomó vivo á Agag rey de Amalec, mas á todo el pueblo mató á filo de espada.

And he took Agag the king of the Amalekites alive, and utterly destroyed all the people with the edge of the sword.

Da geschah des HERRN Wort zu Samuel und sprach:

Y Saúl y el pueblo perdonaron á Agag, y á lo mejor de las ovejas, y al ganado mayor, á los gruesos y á los carneros, y á todo lo bueno: que no lo quisieron destruir: mas todo lo que era vil y flaco destruyeron.

But Saul and the people spared Agag, and the best of the sheep, and of the oxen, and of the fatlings, and the lambs, and all that was good, and would not utterly destroy them: but every thing that was vile and refuse, that they destroyed utterly.

Es reuet mich, daß ich Saul zum Könige gemacht habe; denn er hat sich hinter mir abgewandt und meine Worte nicht erfüllet. Des ward Samuel zornig und schrie zu dem HERRN die ganze Nacht.

Y fué palabra de Jehová á Samuel, diciendo:

Und Samuel machte sich frühe auf, daß er Saul am Morgen begegnete. Und ihm ward angesagt, daß Saul gen Karmel kommen wäre und hätte ihm ein Siegeszeichen aufgerichtet und wäre herumgezogen und gen Gilgal hinabkommen.

Pésame de haber puesto por rey á Saúl, porque se ha vuelto de en pos de mí, y no ha cumplido mis palabras. Y apesadumbróse Samuel, y clamó á Jehová toda aquella noche.

It repenteth me that I have set up Saul to be king: for he is turned back from following me, and hath not performed my commandments. And it grieved Samuel; and he cried unto the LORD all night.

“It grieves me that I have set up Saul to be king, for he has turned back from following me, and has not performed my commandments.” Samuel was angry; and he cried to the LORD all night.

Als nun Samuel zu Saul kam, sprach Saul zu ihm: Gesegnet seiest du dem HERRN! Ich habe des HERRN Wort erfüllet.

Madrugó luego Samuel para ir á encontrar á Saúl por la mañana; y fué dado aviso á Samuel, diciendo: Saúl ha venido al Carmel, y he aquí él se ha levantado un trofeo, y después volviendo, ha pasado y descendido á Gilgal.

And when Samuel rose early to meet Saul in the morning, it was told Samuel, saying, Saul came to Carmel, and, behold, he set him up a place, and is gone about, and passed on, and gone down to Gilgal.

Samuel rose early to meet Saul in the morning; and Samuel was told, saying, “Saul came to Carmel, and behold, he set up a monument for himself, turned, passed on, and went down to Gilgal.”

Samuel antwortete: Was ist denn das für ein Blöken der Schafe in meinen Ohren und ein Brüllen der Rinder, die ich höre?

Vino pues Samuel á Saúl, y Saúl le dijo: Bendito seas tú de Jehová; yo he cumplido la palabra de Jehová.

And Samuel came to Saul: and Saul said unto him, Blessed be thou of the LORD: I have performed the commandment of the LORD.

Samuel came to Saul; and Saul said to him, “You are blessed by the LORD! I have performed the commandment of the LORD.”

Saul sprach: Von den Amalekitern haben sie sie gebracht; denn das Volk verschonete der besten Schafe und Rinder um des Opfers willen des HERRN, deines Gottes; das andere haben wir verbannet.

Samuel entonces dijo: ¿Pues qué balido de ganados y bramido de bueyes es este que yo oigo con mis oídos?

And Samuel said, What meaneth then this bleating of the sheep in mine ears, and the lowing of the oxen which I hear?

Samuel said, “Then what does this bleating of the sheep in my ears and the lowing of the cattle which I hear mean?”

Samuel aber antwortete Saul: Laß dir sagen, was der HERR mit mir geredet hat diese Nacht. Er sprach: Sage her!

Y Saúl respondió: De Amalec los han traído; porque el pueblo perdonó á lo mejor de las ovejas y de las vacas, para sacrificarlas á Jehová tu Dios; pero lo demás lo destruimos.

And Saul said, They have brought them from the Amalekites: for the people spared the best of the sheep and of the oxen, to sacrifice unto the LORD thy God; and the rest we have utterly destroyed.

Saul said, “They have brought them from the Amalekites; for the people spared the best of the sheep and of the cattle, to sacrifice to the LORD your God. We have utterly destroyed the rest.”

Samuel sprach: Ist's nicht also, da du klein warest vor deinen Augen, wurdest du das Haupt unter den Stämmen Israels, und der HERR salbte dich zum König über Israel?

Entonces dijo Samuel á Saúl: Déjame declararte lo que Jehová me ha dicho esta noche. Y él le respondió: Di.

Then Samuel said unto Saul, Stay, and I will tell thee what the LORD hath said to me this night. And he said unto him, Say on.

Then Samuel said to Saul, “Stay, and I will tell you what the LORD said to me last night.” He said to him, “Say on.”

Und der HERR sandte dich auf den Weg und sprach: Zeuch hin und verbanne die Sünder, die Amalekiter, und streite wider sie, bis du sie vertilgest.

Y dijo Samuel: Siendo tú pequeño en tus ojos ¿no has sido hecho cabeza á las tribus de Israel, y Jehová te ha ungido por rey sobre Israel?

And Samuel said, When thou wast little in thine own sight, wast thou not made the head of the tribes of Israel, and the LORD anointed thee king over Israel?

Samuel said, “Though you were little in your own sight, weren’t you made the head of the tribes of Israel? The LORD anointed you king over Israel;

Warum hast du nicht gehorchet des HERRN Stimme, sondern hast dich zum Raube gewandt und übel gehandelt vor den Augen des HERRN?

Y envióte Jehová en jornada, y dijo: Ve, y destruye los pecadores de Amalec, y hazles guerra hasta que los acabes.

And the LORD sent thee on a journey, and said, Go and utterly destroy the sinners the Amalekites, and fight against them until they be consumed.

and the LORD sent you on a journey, and said, ‘Go, and utterly destroy the sinners the Amalekites, and fight against them until they are consumed.’

Saul antwortete Samuel: Habe ich doch der Stimme des HERRN gehorchet und bin hingezogen des Weges, den mich der HERR sandte; und habe Agag, der Amalekiter König, gebracht und die Amalekiter verbannet.

¿Por qué pues no has oído la voz de Jehová, sino que vuelto al despojo, has hecho lo malo en los ojos de Jehová?

Wherefore then didst thou not obey the voice of the LORD, but didst fly upon the spoil, and didst evil in the sight of the LORD?

Why then didn’t you obey the LORD’s voice, but took the plunder, and did that which was evil in the LORD’s sight?”

Aber das Volk hat des Raubes genommen, Schafe und Rinder, das Beste unter dem Verbanneten, dem HERRN, deinem Gott, zu opfern in Gilgal.

Y Saúl respondió á Samuel: Antes he oído la voz de Jehová, y fuí á la jornada que Jehová me envió, y he traído á Agag rey de Amalec, y he destruído á los Amalecitas:

And Saul said unto Samuel, Yea, I have obeyed the voice of the LORD, and have gone the way which the LORD sent me, and have brought Agag the king of Amalek, and have utterly destroyed the Amalekites.

Saul said to Samuel, “But I have obeyed the LORD’s voice, and have gone the way which the LORD sent me, and have brought Agag the king of Amalek, and have utterly destroyed the Amalekites.

Samuel aber sprach: Meinest du, daß der HERR Lust habe am Opfer und Brandopfer als am Gehorsam der Stimme des HERRN? Siehe, Gehorsam ist besser denn Opfer und Aufmerken besser denn das Fett von Widdern;

Mas el pueblo tomó del despojo ovejas y vacas, las primicias del anatema, para sacrificarlas á Jehová tu Dios en Gilgal.

But the people took of the spoil, sheep and oxen, the chief of the things which should have been utterly destroyed, to sacrifice unto the LORD thy God in Gilgal.

But the people took of the plunder, sheep and cattle, the best of the devoted things, to sacrifice to the LORD your God in Gilgal.”

denn Ungehorsam ist eine Zaubereisünde, und Widerstreben ist Abgötterei und Götzendienst. Weil du nun des HERRN Wort verworfen hast, hat er dich auch verworfen, daß du nicht König seiest.

Y Samuel dijo: ¿Tiene Jehová tanto contentamiento con los holocaustos y víctimas, como en obedecer á las palabras de Jehová? Ciertamente el obedecer es mejor que los sacrificios; y el prestar atención que el sebo de los carneros:

And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.

Samuel said, “Has the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the LORD’s voice? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to listen than the fat of rams.

Da sprach Saul zu Samuel: Ich habe gesündiget, daß ich des HERRN Befehl und deine Worte übergangen habe; denn ich fürchtete das Volk und gehorchte ihrer Stimme.

Porque como pecado de adivinación es la rebelión, y como ídolos é idolatría el infringir. Por cuanto tú desechaste la palabra de Jehová, él también te ha desechado para que no seas rey.

For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.

For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as idolatry and teraphim. Because you have rejected the LORD’s word, he has also rejected you from being king.”

Und nun vergib mir die Sünde und kehre mit mir um, daß ich den HERRN anbete.

Entonces Saúl dijo á Samuel: Yo he pecado; que he quebrantado el dicho de Jehová y tus palabras: porque temí al pueblo, consentí á la voz de ellos. Perdona pues ahora mi pecado,

And Saul said unto Samuel, I have sinned: for I have transgressed the commandment of the LORD, and thy words: because I feared the people, and obeyed their voice.

Saul said to Samuel, “I have sinned; for I have transgressed the commandment of the LORD and your words, because I feared the people and obeyed their voice.

Samuel sprach zu Saul: Ich will nicht mit dir umkehren; denn du hast des HERRN Wort verworfen, und der HERR hat dich auch verworfen, daß du nicht König seiest über Israel.

Y vuelve conmigo para que adore á Jehová.

Now therefore, I pray thee, pardon my sin, and turn again with me, that I may worship the LORD.

Now therefore, please pardon my sin, and turn again with me, that I may worship the LORD.”

Und als sich Samuel umwandte, daß er wegginge, ergriff er ihn bei einem Zipfel seines Rocks, und er zerriß.

Y Samuel respondió á Saúl: No volveré contigo; porque desechaste la palabra de Jehová, y Jehová te ha desechado para que no seas rey sobre Israel.

And Samuel said unto Saul, I will not return with thee: for thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, and the LORD hath rejected thee from being king over Israel.

Samuel said to Saul, “I will not return with you; for you have rejected the LORD’s word, and the LORD has rejected you from being king over Israel.”

Da sprach Samuel zu ihm: Der HERR hat das Königreich Israels heute von dir gerissen und deinem Nächsten gegeben, der besser ist denn du.

Y volviéndose Samuel para irse, él echó mano de la orla de su capa, y desgarróse.

And as Samuel turned about to go away, he laid hold upon the skirt of his mantle, and it rent.

As Samuel turned around to go away, Saul grabbed the skirt of his robe, and it tore.

Auch lügt der Held in Israel nicht und gereuet ihn nicht; denn er ist nicht ein Mensch, daß ihn etwas gereuen sollte.

Entonces Samuel le dijo: Jehová ha desgarrado hoy de ti el reino de Israel, y lo ha dado á tu prójimo mejor que tú.

And Samuel said unto him, The LORD hath rent the kingdom of Israel from thee this day, and hath given it to a neighbour of thine, that is better than thou.

Samuel said to him, “The LORD has torn the kingdom of Israel from you today, and has given it to a neighbor of yours who is better than you.

Er aber sprach: Ich habe gesündiget; aber ehre mich doch jetzt vor den Ältesten meines Volks und vor Israel; und kehre mit mir um, daß ich den HERRN, deinen Gott, anbete.

Y también el Vencedor de Israel no mentirá, ni se arrepentirá: porque no es hombre para que se arrepienta.

And also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor repent: for he is not a man, that he should repent.

Also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor repent; for he is not a man, that he should repent.”

Also kehrete Samuel um und folgte Saul nach, daß Saul den HERRN anbetete.

Y él dijo: Yo he pecado: mas ruégote que me honres delante de los ancianos de mi pueblo, y delante de Israel; y vuelve conmigo para que adore á Jehová tu Dios.

Then he said, I have sinned: yet honour me now, I pray thee, before the elders of my people, and before Israel, and turn again with me, that I may worship the LORD thy God.

Then he said, “I have sinned; yet please honor me now before the elders of my people and before Israel, and come back with me, that I may worship the LORD your God.”

Samuel aber sprach: Laß her zu mir bringen Agag, der Amalekiter König! Und Agag ging zu ihm getrost und sprach: Also muß man des Todes Bitterkeit vertreiben.

Y volvió Samuel tras Saúl, y adoró Saúl á Jehová.

So Samuel turned again after Saul; and Saul worshipped the LORD.

So Samuel went back with Saul; and Saul worshiped the LORD.

Samuel sprach: Wie dein Schwert Weiber ihrer Kinder beraubet hat, also soll auch deine Mutter ihrer Kinder beraubet sein unter den Weibern. Also zerhieb Samuel den Agag zu Stücken vor dem HERRN in Gilgal.

Después dijo Samuel: Traedme á Agag rey de Amalec. Y Agag vino á él delicadamente. Y dijo Agag: Ciertamente se pasó la amargura de la muerte.

Then said Samuel, Bring ye hither to me Agag the king of the Amalekites. And Agag came unto him delicately. And Agag said, Surely the bitterness of death is past.

Then Samuel said, “Bring Agag the king of the Amalekites here to me!” Agag came to him cheerfully. Agag said, “Surely the bitterness of death is past.”

Und Samuel ging hin gen Ramath; Saul aber zog hinauf zu seinem Hause zu Gibea-Saul.

Y Samuel dijo: Como tu espada dejó las mujeres sin hijos, así tu madre será sin hijo entre las mujeres. Entonces Samuel cortó en pedazos á Agag delante de Jehová en Gilgal.

And Samuel said, As thy sword hath made women childless, so shall thy mother be childless among women. And Samuel hewed Agag in pieces before the LORD in Gilgal.

Samuel said, “As your sword has made women childless, so your mother will be childless among women!” Then Samuel cut Agag in pieces before the LORD in Gilgal.

Und Samuel sah Saul fürder nicht mehr bis an den Tag seines Todes. Aber doch trug Samuel Leid um Saul, daß den HERRN gereuet hatte, daß er Saul zum Könige über Israel gemacht hatte.

Fuése luego Samuel á Rama, y Saúl subió á su casa en Gabaa de Saúl.

Then Samuel went to Ramah; and Saul went up to his house to Gibeah of Saul.

Then Samuel went to Ramah; and Saul went up to his house to Gibeah of Saul.

Und der HERR sprach zu Samuel: Wie lange trägst du Leid um Saul, den ich verworfen habe, daß er nicht König sei über Israel? Fülle dein Horn mit Öl und gehe hin, ich will dich senden zu dem Bethlehemiter Isai; denn unter seinen Söhnen habe ich mir einen König ersehen.

Y nunca después vió Samuel á Saúl en toda su vida: y Samuel lloraba á Saúl: mas Jehová se había arrepentido de haber puesto á Saúl por rey sobre Israel.

And Samuel came no more to see Saul until the day of his death: nevertheless Samuel mourned for Saul: and the LORD repented that he had made Saul king over Israel.

Samuel came no more to see Saul until the day of his death, but Samuel mourned for Saul. The LORD grieved that he had made Saul king over Israel.
