1 Samuel 17

Et David répondit à Saül : Ton serviteur paissait les brebis de son père ; et un lion vint, et un ours, et ils emportaient une brebis du troupeau :

Y David respondió á Saúl: Tu siervo era pastor en las ovejas de su padre, y venía un león, ó un oso, y tomaba algún cordero de la manada,

And David said unto Saul, Thy servant kept his father’s sheep, and there came a lion, and a bear, and took a lamb out of the flock:

David said to Saul, “Your servant was keeping his father’s sheep; and when a lion or a bear came and took a lamb out of the flock,
