Saül revêtit David de son propre costume, lui mit sur la tête un casque d'airain, lui fit endosser une cuirasse;

Y Saúl vistió á David de sus ropas, y puso sobre su cabeza un almete de acero, y armóle de coraza.

And Saul armed David with his armour, and he put an helmet of brass upon his head; also he armed him with a coat of mail.

Saul dressed David with his clothing. He put a helmet of bronze on his head, and he clad him with a coat of mail.
