1 Samuel 19

E SAULLE parlò a Gionatan, suo figliuolo, ed a tutti i suoi servitori, di far morir Davide. Ma Gionatan, figliuolo di Saulle, voleva gran bene a Davide;

Y HABLÓ Saúl á Jonathán su hijo, y á todos sus criados, para que matasen á David; mas Jonathán hijo de Saúl amaba á David en gran manera.

And Saul spake to Jonathan his son, and to all his servants, that they should kill David.

Saul spoke to Jonathan his son and to all his servants, that they should kill David. But Jonathan, Saul’s son, greatly delighted in David.

laonde Gionatan dichiarò la cosa a Davide, dicendo: Saulle, mio padre, cerca di farti morire; ora dunque guardati, ti prego, domattina, e tienti in alcun luogo occulto, e nasconditi.

Y dió aviso á David, diciendo: Saúl mi padre procura matarte; por tanto mira ahora por ti hasta la mañana, y estáte en paraje oculto, y escóndete:

But Jonathan Saul’s son delighted much in David: and Jonathan told David, saying, Saul my father seeketh to kill thee: now therefore, I pray thee, take heed to thyself until the morning, and abide in a secret place, and hide thyself:

Jonathan told David, saying, “Saul my father seeks to kill you. Now therefore, please take care of yourself in the morning, live in a secret place, and hide yourself.

Ed io, stando allato a mio padre, uscirò fuori al campo ove tu sarai, e parlerò di te a mio padre; e se io scorgo alcuna cosa, io te la farò sapere.

Y yo saldré y estaré junto á mi padre en el campo donde estuvieres: y hablaré de ti á mi padre, y te haré saber lo que notare.

And I will go out and stand beside my father in the field where thou art, and I will commune with my father of thee; and what I see, that I will tell thee.

I will go out and stand beside my father in the field where you are, and I will talk with my father about you; and if I see anything, I will tell you.”

Gionatan adunque parlò a Saulle, suo padre, di Davide, in bene; e gli disse: Il re non voglia già peccare contro al suo servitore, contro a Davide; perciocchè egli non ha peccato contro a te; ed anche perchè i suoi fatti ti sono stati grandemente utili;

Y Jonathán habló bien de David á Saúl su padre, y díjole: No peque el rey contra su siervo David, pues que ninguna cosa ha cometido contra ti: antes sus obras te han sido muy buenas;

And Jonathan spake good of David unto Saul his father, and said unto him, Let not the king sin against his servant, against David; because he hath not sinned against thee, and because his works have been to thee-ward very good:

ed egli ha messa la vita sua a rischio, e ha percosso il Filisteo, e il Signore ha operata per lui una gran liberazione a tutto Israele; tu l'hai veduto, e te ne sei rallegrato; perchè dunque peccheresti contro al sangue innocente, facendo morir Davide senza ragione?

Porque él puso su alma en su palma, é hirió al Filisteo, y Jehová hizo una gran salud á todo Israel. Tú lo viste, y te holgaste: ¿por qué pues pecarás contra la sangre inocente, matando á David sin causa?

For he did put his life in his hand, and slew the Philistine, and the LORD wrought a great salvation for all Israel: thou sawest it, and didst rejoice: wherefore then wilt thou sin against innocent blood, to slay David without a cause?

for he put his life in his hand and struck the Philistine, and the LORD worked a great victory for all Israel. You saw it and rejoiced. Why then will you sin against innocent blood, to kill David without a cause?”

E Saulle attese alle parole di Gionatan, e giurò: Come il Signore vive, egli non sarà fatto morire.

Y oyendo Saúl la voz de Jonathán, juró: Vive Jehová, que no morirá.

And Saul hearkened unto the voice of Jonathan: and Saul sware, As the LORD liveth, he shall not be slain.

Saul listened to the voice of Jonathan; and Saul swore, “As the LORD lives, he shall not be put to death.”

Allora Gionatan chiamò Davide, e gli riferì tutte queste parole. Poi Gionatan menò Davide a Saulle, ed egli stette al suo servigio, come per addietro.

Llamando entonces Jonathán á David, declaróle todas estas palabras; y él mismo presentó á David á Saúl, y estuvo delante de él como antes.

And Jonathan called David, and Jonathan shewed him all those things. And Jonathan brought David to Saul, and he was in his presence, as in times past.

Or vi fu di nuovo guerra; e Davide uscì, e combattè contro a' Filistei, e li percosse d'una grande sconfitta, ed essi fuggirono d'innanzi a lui.

Y tornó á hacerse guerra: y salió David y peleó contra los Filisteos, é hiriólos con grande estrago, y huyeron delante de él.

POI lo spirito malvagio, mandato dal Signore, fu sopra Saulle; ed egli sedeva in casa sua, avendo una lancia in mano; e Davide sonava con la mano.

Y el espíritu malo de parte de Jehová fué sobre Saúl: y estando sentado en su casa tenía una lanza á mano, mientras David estaba tañendo con su mano.

And the evil spirit from the LORD was upon Saul, as he sat in his house with his javelin in his hand: and David played with his hand.

E Saulle cercava di conficcar Davide nella parete con la lancia; ma Davide sfuggì d'innanzi a Saulle, e la lancia diè nella parete. E Davide se ne fuggì, e scampò quella notte.

Y Saúl procuró enclavar á David con la lanza en la pared; mas él se apartó de delante de Saúl, el cual hirió con la lanza en la pared; y David huyó, y escapóse aquella noche.

And Saul sought to smite David even to the wall with the javelin; but he slipped away out of Saul’s presence, and he smote the javelin into the wall: and David fled, and escaped that night.

E Saulle mandò de' messi alla casa di Davide, per guardarlo, e per farlo morire la mattina; ma Mical, moglie di Davide, gliel dichiarò, dicendo: Se tu non iscampi la vita tua questa notte, domani tu sarai fatto morire.

Saúl envió luego mensajeros á casa de David para que lo guardasen, y lo matasen á la mañana. Mas Michâl su mujer lo descubrió á David, diciendo: Si no salvares tu vida esta noche, mañana serás muerto.

Saul also sent messengers unto David’s house, to watch him, and to slay him in the morning: and Michal David’s wife told him, saying, If thou save not thy life to night, to morrow thou shalt be slain.

Saul sent messengers to David’s house to watch him and to kill him in the morning. Michal, David’s wife, told him, saying, “If you don’t save your life tonight, tomorrow you will be killed.”

E Mical calò giù Davide per una finestra; ed egli se ne andò, e se ne fuggì, e scampò.

Y descolgó Michâl á David por una ventana; y él se fué, y huyó, y escapóse.

So Michal let David down through a window: and he went, and fled, and escaped.

Poi Mical prese una statua, e la pose nel letto, e le mise in capo un cappuccio di pel di capra, e la coperse con una coverta.

Tomó luego Michâl una estatua, y púsola sobre la cama, y acomodóle por cabecera una almohada de pelos de cabra, y cubrióla con una ropa.

And Michal took an image, and laid it in the bed, and put a pillow of goats’ hair for his bolster, and covered it with a cloth.

E Saulle mandò de' messi per pigliar Davide. Ed ella disse: Egli è malato.

Y cuando Saúl envió mensajeros que tomasen á David, ella respondió: Está enfermo.

And when Saul sent messengers to take David, she said, He is sick.

E Saulle rimandò i messi per invitar Davide, dicendo: Portatemelo nel letto, acciocchè io lo faccia morire.

Y tornó Saúl á enviar mensajeros para que viesen á David, diciendo: Traédmelo en la cama para que lo mate.

And Saul sent the messengers again to see David, saying, Bring him up to me in the bed, that I may slay him.

Ed i messi vennero; ed ecco, una statua era nel letto, sopra il cui capo v'era un cappuccio di pel di capra.

Y como los mensajeros entraron, he aquí la estatua estaba en la cama, y una almohada de pelos de cabra por cabecera.

And when the messengers were come in, behold, there was an image in the bed, with a pillow of goats’ hair for his bolster.

E Saulle disse a Mical: Perchè mi hai tu così ingannato, ed hai lasciato andare il mio nemico, sì ch'egli è scampato? E Mical disse a Saulle: Egli mi disse: Lasciami andare; perchè t'ucciderei io?

Entonces Saúl dijo á Michâl: ¿Por qué me has así engañado, y has dejado escapar á mi enemigo? Y Michâl respondió á Saúl: Porque él me dijo: Déjame ir; si no, yo te mataré.

And Saul said unto Michal, Why hast thou deceived me so, and sent away mine enemy, that he is escaped? And Michal answered Saul, He said unto me, Let me go; why should I kill thee?

Saul said to Michal, “Why have you deceived me like this and let my enemy go, so that he has escaped?” Michal answered Saul, “He said to me, ‘Let me go! Why should I kill you?’”

Davide adunque se ne fuggì, e scampò, e venne a Samuele in Rama, e gli raccontò ciò che Saulle gli avea fatto. Poi, egli e Samuele andarono, e stettero in Naiot.

Huyó pues David, y escapóse, y vino á Samuel en Rama, y díjole todo lo que Saúl había hecho con él. Y fuéronse él y Samuel, y moraron en Najoth.

So David fled, and escaped, and came to Samuel to Ramah, and told him all that Saul had done to him. And he and Samuel went and dwelt in Naioth.

E ciò fu rapportato a Saulle, e gli fu detto: Ecco, Davide è in Naiot, ch'è in Rama.

Y fué dado aviso á Saúl, diciendo: He aquí que David está en Najoth en Rama.

And it was told Saul, saying, Behold, David is at Naioth in Ramah.

E Saulle mandò de' messi per pigliar Davide, i quali videro una raunanza di profeti che profetizzavano, e Samuele era quivi presente, e presiedeva. E lo Spirito di Dio fu sopra i messi di Saulle, e profetizzarono anch'essi.

Y envió Saúl mensajeros que trajesen á David, los cuales vieron una compañía de profetas que profetizaban, y á Samuel que estaba allí, y los presidía. Y fué el espíritu de Dios sobre los mensajeros de Saúl, y ellos también profetizaron.

And Saul sent messengers to take David: and when they saw the company of the prophets prophesying, and Samuel standing as appointed over them, the Spirit of God was upon the messengers of Saul, and they also prophesied.

E ciò essendo rapportato a Saulle, egli vi mandò altri messi; ma profetizzarono anch'essi. E Saulle continuò a mandarvi de' messi per la terza volta; ma profetizzarono anch'essi.

Y hecho que fué saber á Saúl, él envió otros mensajeros, los cuales también profetizaron. Y Saúl volvió á enviar por tercera vez mensajeros, y ellos también profetizaron.

Laonde egli stesso andò in Rama; e, giunto alla gran grotta, ch' è in Secu, domandò, e disse: Ove è Samuele, e Davide? E gli fu detto: Ecco, sono in Naiot, ch'è in Rama.

Entonces él mismo vino á Rama; y llegando al pozo grande que está en Sochô, preguntó diciendo: ¿Dónde están Samuel y David? Y fuéle respondido: He aquí están en Najoth en Rama.

Then went he also to Ramah, and came to a great well that is in Sechu: and he asked and said, Where are Samuel and David? And one said, Behold, they be at Naioth in Ramah.

And he went thither to Naioth in Ramah: and the Spirit of God was upon him also, and he went on, and prophesied, until he came to Naioth in Ramah.

E spogliò anch'egli i suoi vestimenti, e profetizzò anch'egli nella presenza di Samuele, e giacque in terra così spogliato tutto quel giorno, e tutta quella notte. Perciò si disse: È Saulle anch'egli fra i profeti?

Y él también se desnudó sus vestidos, y profetizó igualmente delante de Samuel, y cayó desnudo todo aquel día y toda aquella noche. De aquí se dijo: ¿También Saúl entre los profetas?

And he stripped off his clothes also, and prophesied before Samuel in like manner, and lay down naked all that day and all that night. Wherefore they say, Is Saul also among the prophets?
