Enseguida David también se levantó. Al salir de la cueva dio voces tras Saúl: ¡Oh rey ʼadón mío! Y al mirar Saúl tras él, David se inclinó hasta la tierra y se postró.

Así quebrantó David á los suyos con palabras, y no les permitió que se levantasen contra Saúl. Y Saúl, saliendo de la cueva, fuése su camino.

David also arose afterward, and went out of the cave, and cried after Saul, saying, My lord the king. And when Saul looked behind him, David stooped with his face to the earth, and bowed himself.
