Und als die Knechte Davids zu Abigail gen Karmel kamen, redeten sie mit ihr und sprachen: David hat uns zu dir gesandt, um dich zu seinem Weibe zu nehmen.

Y los criados de David vinieron á Abigail en el Carmelo, y hablaron con ella, diciendo: David nos ha enviado á ti, para tomarte por su mujer.

And when the servants of David were come to Abigail to Carmel, they spake unto her, saying, David sent us unto thee, to take thee to him to wife.

When David’s servants had come to Abigail to Carmel, they spoke to her, saying, “David has sent us to you, to take you to him as wife.”
