1 Samuel 26

Und David sprach: So wahr der HERR lebt, wenn nicht der HERR ihn schlagen wird, sei es, dass sein Tag kommt, dass er stirbt, oder dass er in den Kampf hinabzieht und weggerafft wird!

Dijo además David: Vive Jehová, que si Jehová no lo hiriere, ó que su día llegue para que muera, ó que descendiendo en batalla perezca,

David said furthermore, As the LORD liveth, the LORD shall smite him; or his day shall come to die; or he shall descend into battle, and perish.

David said, “As the LORD lives, the LORD will strike him; or his day shall come to die, or he shall go down into battle and perish.
