12Entonces David tomó la lanza y el vaso de agua de la cabeza de Saúl; y se escaparon sin que ningún hombre los viera, ni estuvieran conscientes de su llegada o su despertar; porque todos dormían porque habían caído sobre ellos un profundo sueño del Señor.

12Llevóse pues David la lanza y la botija de agua de la cabecera de Saúl, y fuéronse; que no hubo nadie que viese, ni entendiese, ni velase, pues todos dormían: porque un profundo sueño enviado de Jehová había caído sobre ellos.

12So David took the spear and the cruse of water from Saul’s bolster; and they gat them away, and no man saw it, nor knew it, neither awaked: for they were all asleep; because a deep sleep from the LORD was fallen upon them.
