1 Samuel 26

Or gli Zifei vennero da Saul a Ghibea e gli dissero: “Davide non sta egli nascosto sulla collina di Hakila dirimpetto al deserto?”

Y VINIERON los Zipheos á Saúl en Gabaa, diciendo: ¿No está David escondido en el collado de Hachîla delante del desierto?

And the Ziphites came unto Saul to Gibeah, saying, Doth not David hide himself in the hill of Hachilah, which is before Jeshimon?

The Ziphites came to Saul to Gibeah, saying, “Doesn’t David hide himself in the hill of Hachilah, which is before the desert?”

Allora Saul si levò e scese nel deserto di Zif avendo seco tremila uomini scelti d’Israele, per cercar Davide nel deserto di Zif.

Saúl entonces se levantó, y descendió al desierto de Ziph, llevando consigo tres mil hombres escogidos de Israel, para buscar á David en el desierto de Ziph.

Then Saul arose, and went down to the wilderness of Ziph, having three thousand chosen men of Israel with him, to seek David in the wilderness of Ziph.

E Saul si accampò sulla collina di Hakila ch’è dirimpetto al deserto, presso la strada. E Davide, che stava nel deserto, avendo inteso che Saul veniva nel deserto per cercarlo,

Y asentó Saúl el campo en el collado de Hachîla, que está delante del desierto junto al camino. Y estaba David en el desierto, y entendió que Saúl le seguía en el desierto.

And Saul pitched in the hill of Hachilah, which is before Jeshimon, by the way. But David abode in the wilderness, and he saw that Saul came after him into the wilderness.

Saul encamped in the hill of Hachilah, which is before the desert, by the way. But David stayed in the wilderness, and he saw that Saul came after him into the wilderness.

mandò delle spie, e seppe con certezza che Saul era giunto.

David por tanto envió espías, y entendió por cierto que Saúl había venido.

David therefore sent out spies, and understood that Saul was come in very deed.

Allora Davide si levò, venne al luogo dove Saul stava accampato, e notò il luogo ov’eran coricati Saul ed Abner, il figliuolo di Ner, capo dell’esercito di lui. Saul stava coricato nel parco dei carri, e la sua gente era accampata intorno a lui.

Y levantóse David, y vino al sitio donde Saúl había asentado el campo; y miró David el lugar donde dormía Saúl, y Abner hijo de Ner, general de su ejército. Y estaba Saúl durmiendo en la trinchera, y el pueblo por el campo en derredor de él.

And David arose, and came to the place where Saul had pitched: and David beheld the place where Saul lay, and Abner the son of Ner, the captain of his host: and Saul lay in the trench, and the people pitched round about him.

Then David arose and came to the place where Saul had encamped; and David saw the place where Saul lay, with Abner the son of Ner, the captain of his army. Saul lay within the place of the wagons, and the people were encamped around him.

E Davide prese a dire ad Ahimelec, lo Hitteo, e ad Abishai, figliuolo di Tseruia, fratello di Joab: “Chi scenderà con me verso Saul nel campo?” E Abishai rispose: “Scenderò io con te”.

Entonces habló David, y requirió á Ahimelech Hetheo, y á Abisai hijo de Sarvia, hermano de Joab, diciendo: ¿Quién descenderá conmigo á Saúl al campo? Y dijo Abisai: Yo descenderé contigo.

Then answered David and said to Ahimelech the Hittite, and to Abishai the son of Zeruiah, brother to Joab, saying, Who will go down with me to Saul to the camp? And Abishai said, I will go down with thee.

Then David answered and said to Ahimelech the Hittite, and to Abishai the son of Zeruiah, brother of Joab, saying, “Who will go down with me to Saul to the camp?” Abishai said, “I will go down with you.”

Davide ed Abishai dunque pervennero di notte a quella gente; ed ecco che Saul giaceva addormentato nel parco dei carri, con la sua lancia fitta in terra, dalla parte del capo; ed Abner e la sua gente gli stavan coricati all’intorno.

David pues y Abisai vinieron al pueblo de noche: y he aquí Saúl que estaba tendido durmiendo en la trinchera, y su lanza hincada en tierra á su cabecera; y Abner y el pueblo estaban alrededor de él tendidos.

So David and Abishai came to the people by night: and, behold, Saul lay sleeping within the trench, and his spear stuck in the ground at his bolster: but Abner and the people lay round about him.

So David and Abishai came to the people by night; and, behold, Saul lay sleeping within the place of the wagons, with his spear stuck in the ground at his head; and Abner and the people lay around him.

Allora Abishai disse a Davide: “Oggi Iddio t’ha messo il tuo nemico nelle mani; or lascia, ti prego, ch’io lo colpisca con la lancia e lo inchiodi in terra con un sol colpo; e non ci sarà bisogno d’un secondo”.

Entonces dijo Abisai á David: Hoy ha Dios entregado á tu enemigo en tus manos: ahora pues, herirélo luego con la lanza, cosiéndole con la tierra de un golpe, y no segundaré.

Then said Abishai to David, God hath delivered thine enemy into thine hand this day: now therefore let me smite him, I pray thee, with the spear even to the earth at once, and I will not smite him the second time.

Then Abishai said to David, “God has delivered up your enemy into your hand today. Now therefore please let me strike him with the spear to the earth at one stroke, and I will not strike him the second time.”

Ma Davide disse ad Abishai: “Non lo ammazzare; chi potrebbe metter le mani addosso all’unto dell’Eterno senza rendersi colpevole?”

Y David respondió á Abisai: No le mates: porque ¿quién extenderá su mano contra el ungido de Jehová, y será inocente?

And David said to Abishai, Destroy him not: for who can stretch forth his hand against the LORD’s anointed, and be guiltless?

David said to Abishai, “Don’t destroy him, for who can stretch out his hand against the LORD’s anointed, and be guiltless?”

Poi Davide aggiunse: “Com’è vero che l’Eterno vive, l’Eterno solo sarà quegli che lo colpirà, sia che venga il suo giorno e muoia, sia che scenda in campo di battaglia e vi perisca.

Dijo además David: Vive Jehová, que si Jehová no lo hiriere, ó que su día llegue para que muera, ó que descendiendo en batalla perezca,

David said furthermore, As the LORD liveth, the LORD shall smite him; or his day shall come to die; or he shall descend into battle, and perish.

David said, “As the LORD lives, the LORD will strike him; or his day shall come to die, or he shall go down into battle and perish.

Mi guardi l’Eterno dal metter le mani addosso all’unto dell’Eterno! Prendi ora soltanto, ti prego, la lancia ch’è presso al suo capo e la brocca dell’acqua, e andiamocene”.

Guárdeme Jehová de extender mi mano contra el ungido de Jehová; empero toma ahora la lanza que está á su cabecera, y la botija del agua, y vámonos.

The LORD forbid that I should stretch forth mine hand against the LORD’s anointed: but, I pray thee, take thou now the spear that is at his bolster, and the cruse of water, and let us go.

The LORD forbid that I should stretch out my hand against the LORD’s anointed; but now please take the spear that is at his head and the jar of water, and let’s go.”

Davide dunque prese la lancia e la brocca dell’acqua che Saul avea presso al suo capo, e se ne andarono. Nessuno vide la cosa né s’accorse di nulla; e nessuno si svegliò; tutti dormivano, perché l’Eterno avea fatto cader su loro un sonno profondo.

Llevóse pues David la lanza y la botija de agua de la cabecera de Saúl, y fuéronse; que no hubo nadie que viese, ni entendiese, ni velase, pues todos dormían: porque un profundo sueño enviado de Jehová había caído sobre ellos.

So David took the spear and the cruse of water from Saul’s bolster; and they gat them away, and no man saw it, nor knew it, neither awaked: for they were all asleep; because a deep sleep from the LORD was fallen upon them.

So David took the spear and the jar of water from Saul’s head, and they went away. No man saw it, or knew it, nor did any awake; for they were all asleep, because a deep sleep from the LORD had fallen on them.

Poi Davide passò dalla parte opposta e si fermò in lontananza in vetta al monte, a gran distanza dal campo di Saul;

Y pasando David de la otra parte, púsose desviado en la cumbre del monte, habiendo grande distancia entre ellos;

Then David went over to the other side, and stood on the top of an hill afar off; a great space being between them:

e gridò alla gente di Saul e ad Abner, figliuolo di Ner: “Non rispondi tu, Abner?” Abner rispose e disse: “Chi sei tu che gridi al re?”

Y dió voces David al pueblo, y á Abner hijo de Ner, diciendo: ¿No respondes, Abner? Entonces Abner respondió y dijo: ¿Quién eres tú que das voces al rey?

And David cried to the people, and to Abner the son of Ner, saying, Answerest thou not, Abner? Then Abner answered and said, Who art thou that criest to the king?

and David cried to the people, and to Abner the son of Ner, saying, “Don’t you answer, Abner?” Then Abner answered, “Who are you who calls to the king?”

E Davide disse ad Abner: “Non sei tu un valoroso? E chi è pari a te in Israele? Perché dunque non hai tu fatto buona guardia al re tuo signore? Poiché uno del popolo e venuto per ammazzare il re tuo signore.

Y dijo David á Abner: ¿No eres varón tú? ¿y quién hay como tú en Israel? ¿por qué pues no has guardado al rey tu señor? que ha entrado uno del pueblo á matar á tu señor el rey.

And David said to Abner, Art not thou a valiant man? and who is like to thee in Israel? wherefore then hast thou not kept thy lord the king? for there came one of the people in to destroy the king thy lord.

David said to Abner, “Aren’t you a man? Who is like you in Israel? Why then have you not kept watch over your lord the king? For one of the people came in to destroy your lord the king.

Questo che tu hai fatto non sta bene. Com’è vero che l’Eterno vive, meritate la morte voi che non avete fatto buona guardia al vostro signore, all’unto dell’Eterno! Ed ora guarda dove sia la lancia del re e dove sia la brocca dell’acqua che stava presso al suo capo!”

Esto que has hecho, no está bien. Vive Jehová, que sois dignos de muerte, que no habéis guardado á vuestro señor, al ungido de Jehová. Mira pues ahora dónde está la lanza del rey, y la botija del agua que estaba á su cabecera.

This thing is not good that thou hast done. As the LORD liveth, ye are worthy to die, because ye have not kept your master, the LORD’s anointed. And now see where the king’s spear is, and the cruse of water that was at his bolster.

This thing isn’t good that you have done. As the LORD lives, you are worthy to die, because you have not kept watch over your lord, the LORD’s anointed. Now see where the king’s spear is, and the jar of water that was at his head.”

Saul riconobbe la voce di Davide e disse: “E’ questa la tua voce, o figliuol mio Davide?” Davide rispose: “E’ la mia voce, o re, mio signore!”

Y conociendo Saúl la voz de David, dijo: ¿No es esta tu voz, hijo mío David? Y David respondió: Mi voz es, rey señor mío.

And Saul knew David’s voice, and said, Is this thy voice, my son David? And David said, It is my voice, my lord, O king.

Saul recognized David’s voice, and said, “Is this your voice, my son David?” David said, “It is my voice, my lord, O king.”

Poi aggiunse: “Perché il mio signore perseguita il suo servo? Che ho io fatto? Che delitto ho io commesso?

Y dijo: ¿Por qué persigue así mi señor á su siervo? ¿qué he hecho? ¿qué mal hay en mi mano?

And he said, Wherefore doth my lord thus pursue after his servant? for what have I done? or what evil is in mine hand?

He said, “Why does my lord pursue his servant? For what have I done? What evil is in my hand?

Ora dunque, si degni il re, mio signore, d’ascoltare le parole dei suo servo. Se è l’Eterno quegli che t’incita contro di me, accetti egli un’oblazione! Ma se son gli uomini, siano essi maledetti dinanzi all’Eterno, poiché m’hanno oggi cacciato per separarmi dall’eredità dell’Eterno, dicendomi: Va’ a servir a degli dèi stranieri!

Ruego pues, que el rey mi señor oiga ahora las palabras de su siervo. Si Jehová te incita contra mí, acepte un sacrificio: mas si fueren hijos de hombres, malditos ellos en presencia de Jehová, que me han echado hoy para que no me junte en la heredad de Jehová, diciendo: Ve y sirve á dioses ajenos.

Now therefore, I pray thee, let my lord the king hear the words of his servant. If the LORD have stirred thee up against me, let him accept an offering: but if they be the children of men, cursed be they before the LORD; for they have driven me out this day from abiding in the inheritance of the LORD, saying, Go, serve other gods.

Now therefore, please let my lord the king hear the words of his servant. If it is so that the LORD has stirred you up against me, let him accept an offering. But if it is the children of men, they are cursed before the LORD; for they have driven me out today that I shouldn’t cling to the LORD’s inheritance, saying, ‘Go, serve other gods!’

Or dunque non cada il mio sangue in terra lungi dalla presenza dell’Eterno! Poiché il re d’Israele è uscito per andar in traccia d’una pulce, come si va dietro a una pernice su per i monti”.

No caiga pues ahora mi sangre en tierra delante de Jehová: porque ha salido el rey de Israel á buscar una pulga, así como quien persigue una perdiz por los montes.

Now therefore, let not my blood fall to the earth before the face of the LORD: for the king of Israel is come out to seek a flea, as when one doth hunt a partridge in the mountains.

Now therefore, don’t let my blood fall to the earth away from the presence of the LORD; for the king of Israel has come out to seek a flea, as when one hunts a partridge in the mountains.”

Allora Saul disse: “Ho peccato; torna, figliuol mio Davide; poiché io non ti farò più alcun male, giacché oggi la mia vita è stata preziosa agli occhi tuoi; ecco, io ho operato da stolto, e ho commesso un gran fallo”.

Entonces dijo Saúl: He pecado: vuélvete, hijo mío David, que ningún mal te haré más, pues que mi vida ha sido estimada hoy en tus ojos. He aquí, yo he hecho neciamente, y he errado en gran manera.

Then said Saul, I have sinned: return, my son David: for I will no more do thee harm, because my soul was precious in thine eyes this day: behold, I have played the fool, and have erred exceedingly.

Then Saul said, “I have sinned. Return, my son David; for I will no more do you harm, because my life was precious in your eyes today. Behold, I have played the fool, and have erred exceedingly.”

Davide rispose: “Ecco la lancia del re; passi qua uno de’ tuoi giovani a prenderla.

Y David respondió, y dijo: He aquí la lanza del rey; pase acá uno de los criados, y tómela.

And David answered and said, Behold the king’s spear! and let one of the young men come over and fetch it.

David answered, “Behold the spear, O king! Let one of the young men come over and get it.

L’Eterno retribuirà ciascuno secondo la sua giustizia e la sua fedeltà; giacché l’Eterno t’avea dato oggi nelle mie mani, e io non ho voluto metter le mani addosso all’unto dell’Eterno.

Y Jehová pague á cada uno su justicia y su lealtad: que Jehová te había entregado hoy en mi mano, mas yo no quise extender mi mano sobre el ungido de Jehová.

The LORD render to every man his righteousness and his faithfulness: for the LORD delivered thee into my hand to day, but I would not stretch forth mine hand against the LORD’s anointed.

The LORD will give to every man his righteousness and his faithfulness; because the LORD delivered you into my hand today, and I wouldn’t stretch out my hand against the LORD’s anointed.

E come preziosa è stata oggi la tua vita agli occhi miei, così preziosa sarà la vita mia agli occhi dell’Eterno; ed egli mi libererà da ogni tribolazione”.

Y he aquí, como tu vida ha sido estimada hoy en mis ojos, así sea mi vida estimada en los ojos de Jehová, y me libre de toda aflicción.

And, behold, as thy life was much set by this day in mine eyes, so let my life be much set by in the eyes of the LORD, and let him deliver me out of all tribulation.

Behold, as your life was respected today in my eyes, so let my life be respected in the LORD’s eyes, and let him deliver me out of all oppression.”

E Saul disse a Davide: “Sii tu benedetto, figliuol mio Davide. Tu agirai da forte, e riuscirai per certo vittorioso”. Davide continuò il suo cammino, e Saul tornò a casa sua.

Y Saúl dijo á David: Bendito eres tú, hijo mío David; sin duda ejecutarás tú grandes empresas, y prevalecerás. Entonces David se fué su camino, y Saúl se volvió á su lugar.

Then Saul said to David, Blessed be thou, my son David: thou shalt both do great things, and also shalt still prevail. So David went on his way, and Saul returned to his place.

Then Saul said to David, “You are blessed, my son David. You will both do mightily, and will surely prevail.” So David went his way, and Saul returned to his place.
