1 Samuel 27

David aber sprach zu seinem Herzen: Ich werde doch eines Tages Saul in die Hände fallen! Es ist nichts besser für mich, als daß ich in der Philister Land entrinne, so wird Saul davon ablassen, mich forthin in allen Landmarken Israels zu suchen, †und so werde ich seiner Hand entrinnen.

Y DIJO David en su corazón: Al fin seré muerto algún día por la mano de Saúl: nada por tanto me será mejor que fugarme á la tierra de los Filisteos, para que Saúl se deje de mí, y no me ande buscando más por todos los términos de Israel, y así me escaparé de sus manos.

And David said in his heart, I shall now perish one day by the hand of Saul: there is nothing better for me than that I should speedily escape into the land of the Philistines; and Saul shall despair of me, to seek me any more in any coast of Israel: so shall I escape out of his hand.

David said in his heart, “I will now perish one day by the hand of Saul. There is nothing better for me than that I should escape into the land of the Philistines; and Saul will despair of me, to seek me any more in all the borders of Israel. So I will escape out of his hand.”

Also machte sich David auf mit den sechshundert Männern, die bei ihm waren, und ging hinüber zu Achis, dem Sohne Maochs, dem König zu Gat.

Levantóse pues David, y con los seiscientos hombres que tenía consigo pasóse á Achîs hijo de Maoch, rey de Gath.

And David arose, and he passed over with the six hundred men that were with him unto Achish, the son of Maoch, king of Gath.

David arose and passed over, he and the six hundred men who were with him, to Achish the son of Maoch, king of Gath.

Und David blieb bei Achis zu Gat samt seinen Männern, ein jeder mit seinem Haushalt, auch David mit seinen beiden Frauen, Achinoam, der Jesreelitin, und Abigail, Nabals Weib, der Karmeliterin.

Y moró David con Achîs en Gath, él y los suyos, cada uno con su familia: David con sus dos mujeres, Ahinoam Jezreelita, y Abigail, la que fué mujer de Nabal el del Carmelo.

And David dwelt with Achish at Gath, he and his men, every man with his household, even David with his two wives, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess, and Abigail the Carmelitess, Nabal’s wife.

David lived with Achish at Gath, he and his men, every man with his household, even David with his two wives, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess and Abigail the Carmelitess, Nabal’s wife.

Und als es Saul angesagt ward, daß David gen Gat geflohen sei, suchte er ihn nicht mehr.

Y vino la nueva á Saúl que David se había huído á Gath, y no lo buscó más.

And it was told Saul that David was fled to Gath: and he sought no more again for him.

Saul was told that David had fled to Gath, so he stopped looking for him.

Und David sprach zu Achis: Wenn ich doch Gnade vor deinen Augen gefunden habe, so laß mir einen Platz in einer der Städte auf dem Lande geben, daß ich darin wohne; denn warum sollte dein Knecht bei dir in der königlichen Stadt wohnen?

Y David dijo á Achîs: Si he hallado ahora gracia en tus ojos, séame dado lugar en algunas de las ciudades de la tierra, donde habite: porque ¿ha de morar tu siervo contigo en la ciudad real?

And David said unto Achish, If I have now found grace in thine eyes, let them give me a place in some town in the country, that I may dwell there: for why should thy servant dwell in the royal city with thee?

David said to Achish, “If now I have found favor in your eyes, let them give me a place in one of the cities in the country, that I may dwell there. For why should your servant dwell in the royal city with you?”

Da gab ihm Achis an jenem Tage Ziklag. Daher gehört Ziklag den Königen Judas bis auf diesen Tag.

Y Achîs le dió aquel día á Siclag. De aquí fué Siclag de los reyes de Judá hasta hoy.

Then Achish gave him Ziklag that day: wherefore Ziklag pertaineth unto the kings of Judah unto this day.

Die Zeit aber, da David in der Philister Lande wohnte, betrug ein Jahr und vier Monate.

Y fué el número de los días que David habitó en la tierra de los Filisteos, cuatro meses y algunos días.

And the time that David dwelt in the country of the Philistines was a full year and four months.

David aber und seine Männer zogen hinauf und machten einen Einfall in das Land der Gesuriter und Girsiter und Amalekiter; denn diese waren von alters her die Bewohner des Landes bis nach Schur hin und bis nach Ägypten.

Y subía David con los suyos, y hacían entradas en los Gesureos, y en los Gerzeos, y en los Amalecitas: porque estos habitaban de largo tiempo la tierra, desde como se va á Shur hasta la tierra de Egipto.

And David and his men went up, and invaded the Geshurites, and the Gezrites, and the Amalekites: for those nations were of old the inhabitants of the land, as thou goest to Shur, even unto the land of Egypt.

David and his men went up and raided the Geshurites, the Girzites, and the Amalekites; for those were the inhabitants of the land who were of old, on the way to Shur, even to the land of Egypt.

Als aber David das Land schlug, ließ er weder Männer noch Weiber leben und nahm Schafe, Rinder, Esel, Kamele und Kleider und kehrte wieder um und kam zu Achis.

Y hería David el país, y no dejaba á vida hombre ni mujer: y llevábase las ovejas y las vacas y los asnos y los camellos y las ropas; y volvía, y veníase á Achîs.

And David smote the land, and left neither man nor woman alive, and took away the sheep, and the oxen, and the asses, and the camels, and the apparel, and returned, and came to Achish.

David struck the land, and saved no man or woman alive, and took away the sheep, the cattle, the donkeys, the camels, and the clothing. Then he returned, and came to Achish.

Wenn dann Achis sprach: Wo seid ihr heute eingefallen? so sprach David: Ins Mittagsland von Juda und ins Mittagsland der Jerachmeeliter und ins Mittagsland der Keniter!

Y decía Achîs: ¿Dónde habéis corrido hoy? Y David decía: Al mediodía de Judá, y al mediodía de Jerameel, ó contra el mediodía de Ceni.

And Achish said, Whither have ye made a road to day? And David said, Against the south of Judah, and against the south of the Jerahmeelites, and against the south of the Kenites.

Achish said, “Against whom have you made a raid today?” David said, “Against the South of Judah, against the South of the Jerahmeelites, and against the South of the Kenites.”

David aber ließ weder Männer noch Weiber lebendig nach Gat kommen; denn er sprach: sie könnten wider uns reden und sagen: So und so hat David getan! Und das war seine Weise, solange er in der Philister Lande wohnte.

Ni hombre ni mujer dejaba á vida David, que viniese á Gath; diciendo: Porque no den aviso de nosotros, diciendo, Esto hizo David. Y esta era su costumbre todo el tiempo que moró en tierra de los Filisteos.

And David saved neither man nor woman alive, to bring tidings to Gath, saying, Lest they should tell on us, saying, So did David, and so will be his manner all the while he dwelleth in the country of the Philistines.

David saved neither man nor woman alive to bring them to Gath, saying, “Lest they should tell about us, saying, ‘David did this, and this has been his way all the time he has lived in the country of the Philistines.’”

Darum glaubte Achis dem David und gedachte: Er hat sich bei seinem Volke Israel sehr verhaßt gemacht, darum wird er für immer mein Knecht bleiben.

Y Achîs creía á David, diciendo así: El se hace abominable en su pueblo de Israel, y será siempre mi siervo.

And Achish believed David, saying, He hath made his people Israel utterly to abhor him; therefore he shall be my servant for ever.

Achish believed David, saying, “He has made his people Israel utterly to abhor him. Therefore he will be my servant forever.”
