1 Samuel 3

y Samuel durmiendo junto a él en el templo del Señor, donde estaba el arca de Dios, he aquí que el Señor, antes que fuese apagada la lámpara de Dios o candelero de oro,

Samuel estaba durmiendo en el templo de Jehová, donde el arca de Dios estaba: y antes que la lámpara de Dios fuese apagada,

And ere the lamp of God went out in the temple of the LORD, where the ark of God was, and Samuel was laid down to sleep;

and God’s lamp hadn’t yet gone out, and Samuel had laid down in the LORD’s temple where God’s ark was,
