11Entonces enviaron y reunieron a todos los jefes de los filisteos, y dijeron: Envíen el cofre del pacto del Dios de Israel y dejen que vuelva a su lugar, para que no sea la causa de muerte para nosotros y para nuestra gente: porque había un gran temor a la muerte en todo el pueblo; La mano de Dios era muy dura para ellos allí.

11Y enviaron á juntar todos los príncipes de los Filisteos, diciendo: Despachad el arca del Dios de Israel, y tórnese á su lugar, y no mate á mí ni á mi pueblo: porque había quebrantamiento de muerte en toda la ciudad, y la mano de Dios se había allí agravado.

11So they sent and gathered together all the lords of the Philistines, and said, Send away the ark of the God of Israel, and let it go again to his own place, that it slay us not, and our people: for there was a deadly destruction throughout all the city; the hand of God was very heavy there.
