Lo que recomiendo es que, en primer lugar, hagan oraciones por todos; rueguen y supliquen que Dios tenga misericordia de ellos, y denle gracias.
AMONESTO pues, ante todas cosas, que se hagan rogativas, oraciones, peticiones, hacimientos de gracias, por todos los hombres;

Oren en especial por los gobernantes y por todos los que tienen autoridad, para que en paz y sosiego podamos llevar una vida piadosa y digna.

For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

Esto es bueno y agrada a Dios, nuestro Salvador,

porque él anhela que todos se salven y conozcan la verdad.
El cual quiere que todos los hombres sean salvos, y que vengan al conocimiento de la verdad.

Hay un solo Dios y un solo mediador entre Dios y los seres humanos, Jesucristo hombre.

Él dio su vida en rescate por todos. Este es el mensaje que Dios, a su debido tiempo, dio a conocer al mundo.
El cual se dió á sí mismo en precio del rescate por todos, para testimonio en sus tiempos:
Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
who gave himself as a ransom for all, the testimony at the proper time,
Y digo la verdad, sin mentir: he sido puesto como predicador y apóstol para enseñar esta verdad a los gentiles.
De lo que yo soy puesto por predicador y apóstol, (digo verdad en Cristo, no miento) doctor de los Gentiles en fidelidad y verdad.
Where unto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity.

Por lo tanto, quiero que en todas partes los hombres oren, alzando ante Dios manos santas, libres de ira y resentimiento;

más bien debe adornarse con buenas acciones, tal como debe ser con las mujeres que dicen servir a Dios.
Sino de buenas obras, como conviene á mujeres que profesan piedad.

La mujer debe aprender en silencio y humildad.
La mujer aprenda en silencio, con toda sujeción.
Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
Let a woman learn in quietness with full submission.
No permito que la mujer enseñe a los hombres ni que ejerza sobre ellos dominio. Más bien, debe guardar silencio,
Porque no permito á la mujer enseñar, ni tomar autoridad sobre el hombre, sino estar en silencio.
But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

porque Dios hizo primero a Adán y luego a Eva,
Porque Adam fué formado el primero, después Eva;
For Adam was first formed, then Eve.

y no fue Adán el que se dejó engañar, sino Eva; y ella, una vez engañada, cayó en pecado.
Y Adam no fué engañado, sino la mujer, siendo seducida, vino á ser envuelta en transgresión:
And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
Adam wasn’t deceived, but the woman, being deceived, has fallen into disobedience;
Pero la mujer se salvará siendo madre y viviendo con buen juicio en la fe, el amor y la santidad.
Empero se salvará engendrando hijos, si permaneciere en la fe y caridad y santidad, con modestia.
Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.
but she will be saved through her childbearing, if they continue in faith, love, and holiness with sobriety.
