Não deve ter o vício da bebida, nem ser violento, mas deve ser amável e pacífico, e não ter amor ao dinheiro.

No amador del vino, no heridor, no codicioso de torpes ganancias, sino moderado, no litigioso, ajeno de avaricia;

Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous;

not a drinker, not violent, not greedy for money, but gentle, not quarrelsome, not covetous;
