Denn die dem Leibe gewidmete Übung bringt nur geringen Nutzen; die Gottseligkeit aber ist zu allen Dingen nütze, weil sie die Verheißung für das gegenwärtige wie für das zukünftige Leben hat.

Porque el ejercicio corporal para poco es provechoso; mas la piedad para todo aprovecha, pues tiene promesa de esta vida presente, y de la venidera.

For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
