O exercício físico é bom, porém o exercício espiritual é muito mais proveitoso. Portanto, exercite-se espiritualmente porque isso o ajudará, não só agora, nesta vida, mas também na vida futura.

Porque el ejercicio corporal para poco es provechoso; mas la piedad para todo aprovecha, pues tiene promesa de esta vida presente, y de la venidera.

For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

For bodily exercise has some value, but godliness has value in all things, having the promise of the life which is now and of that which is to come.
