1 Timoteo 5

Si alguna mujer creyente tiene una viuda en la familia, está obligada a mantenerla, y no debe dejarle esta carga a la iglesia. Así la iglesia puede dedicar sus recursos al cuidado de las viudas que no tienen a nadie en este mundo.

Si algún fiel ó alguna fiel tiene viudas, manténgalas, y no sea gravada la iglesia; á fin de que haya lo suficiente para las que de verdad son viudas.

If any man or woman that believeth have widows, let them relieve them, and let not the church be charged; that it may relieve them that are widows indeed.

If any man or woman who believes has widows, let them relieve them, and don’t let the assembly be burdened, that it might relieve those who are widows indeed.
