Os líderes da igreja que fazem bem o seu trabalho devem ser bem pagos e altamente estimados, de maneira especial aqueles cujo trabalho é pregar e ensinar.

Los ancianos que gobiernan bien, sean tenidos por dignos de doblada honra; mayormente los que trabajan en predicar y enseñar.
