Così fortificò queste fortezze, e vi mise de' capitani, e de' magazzini di vittuaglia, e d'olio e di vino.

Fortificó también las fortalezas, y puso en ellas capitanes, y vituallas, y vino, y aceite;

And he fortified the strong holds, and put captains in them, and store of victual, and of oil and wine.
