Als aber der HERR sah, daß sie sich demütigten, kam das Wort des HERRN zu Semaja und sprach: Sie haben sich gedemütiget, darum will ich sie nicht verderben, sondern ich will ihnen ein wenig Errettung geben, daß mein Grimm nicht triefe auf Jerusalem durch Sisak.
Entonces vino Semeías profeta á Roboam y á los príncipes de Judá, que estaban reunidos en Jerusalem por causa de Sisac, y díjoles: Así ha dicho Jehová: Vosotros me habéis dejado, y yo también os he dejado en manos de Sisac.
Then came Shemaiah the prophet to Rehoboam, and to the princes of Judah, that were gathered together to Jerusalem because of Shishak, and said unto them, Thus saith the LORD, Ye have forsaken me, and therefore have I also left you in the hand of Shishak.
Now Shemaiah the prophet came to Rehoboam and to the princes of Judah, who were gathered together to Jerusalem because of Shishak, and said to them, “The LORD says, ‘You have forsaken me, therefore I have also left you in the hand of Shishak.’”
