Josafá era corajoso em seguir os caminhos do Senhor e ainda derrubou os altares dos deuses estranhos que havia nas montanhas e destruiu as imagens de Aserá.

Y animóse su corazón en los caminos de Jehová, y quitó los altos y los bosques de Judá.
