so laß nun, HERR Gott, deine Worte wahr werden an meinem Vater David; denn du hast mich zum Könige gemacht über ein Volk, des so viel ist als Staub auf Erden.

Y aquella noche apareció Dios á Salomón, y díjole: Demanda lo que quisieres que yo te dé.

In that night did God appear unto Solomon, and said unto him, Ask what I shall give thee.

That night, God appeared to Solomon and said to him, “Ask for what you want me to give you.”
