37Entonces Eliezer hijo de Dodías, de Maresá, profetizó contra Josafat lo siguiente: «Por cuanto te has asociado con el rey Ocozías, el Señor destruirá los barcos que has construido». En efecto, los barcos naufragaron y jamás llegaron a Tarsis.

37Then Eliezer the son of Dodavah of Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying, Because thou hast joined thyself with Ahaziah, the LORD hath broken thy works. And the ships were broken, that they were not able to go to Tarshish.

37Then Eliezer the son of Dodavahu of Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying, “Because you have joined yourself with Ahaziah, the LORD has destroyed your works.” The ships were wrecked, so that they were not able to go to Tarshish.
