Et Achaz prit les richesses du temple du Seigneur, celles du palais du roi, celles des demeures des princes,, et il les donna au roi assyrien ; or, celui-ci n'était pas venu pour le secourir,

Aunque despojó Achâz la casa de Jehová, y la casa real, y las de los príncipes, para dar al rey de los Asirios, con todo eso él no le ayudó.

For Ahaz took away a portion out of the house of the LORD, and out of the house of the king, and of the princes, and gave it unto the king of Assyria: but he helped him not.
