Ed Huram, re di Tiro, rispose per lettere a Salomone, e gli mandò a dire: Perciocchè il Signore ama il suo popolo, egli ti ha costituito re sopra lui.

Entonces Hiram rey de Tiro respondió por letras, las que envió á Salomón: Porque Jehová amó á su pueblo, te ha puesto por rey sobre ellos.

Then Huram the king of Tyre answered in writing, which he sent to Solomon, Because the LORD hath loved his people, he hath made thee king over them.
