Visto que muitas das pessoas da multidão não se haviam consagrado, os levitas precisaram matar os cordeiros da Páscoa para todos os que não estavam cerimonialmente puros e que por causa disso não podiam consagrar seus cordeiros ao Senhor.
Porque había muchos en la congregación que no estaban santificados, y por eso los Levitas sacrificaban la pascua por todos los que no se habían limpiado, para santificarlos á Jehová.
For there were many in the congregation that were not sanctified: therefore the Levites had the charge of the killing of the passovers for every one that was not clean, to sanctify them unto the LORD.
