Und stellete die Hauptleute zum Streit neben das Volk; und sammelte sie zu sich auf die breite Gasse am Tor der Stadt und redete herzlich mit ihnen und sprach:

Tuvo su consejo con sus príncipes y con sus valerosos, sobre cegar las fuentes de las aguas que estaban fuera de la ciudad; y ellos le apoyaron.

He took counsel with his princes and his mighty men to stop the waters of the fountains which were without the city: and they did help him.
