E hizo lo malo en la presencia del Señor, como lo había hecho Manasés, su padre; y sacrificó, y dio culto a todos los ídolos que había hecho Manasés.

Mas nunca se humilló delante de Jehová, como se humilló Manasés su padre: antes aumentó el pecado.

But he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, as did Manasseh his father: for Amon sacrificed unto all the carved images which Manasseh his father had made, and served them;
