Aber im ersten Jahr Kores, des Königs in Persien, daß erfüllet würde das Wort des HERRN durch den Mund Jeremias geredet, erweckte der HERR den Geist Kores, des Königs in Persien, daß er ließ ausschreien durch sein ganzes Königreich, auch durch Schrift, und sagen:

Y quemaron la casa de Dios, y rompieron el muro de Jerusalem, y consumieron al fuego todos sus palacios, y destruyeron todos sus vasos deseables.

And they burnt the house of God, and brake down the wall of Jerusalem, and burnt all the palaces thereof with fire, and destroyed all the goodly vessels thereof.

They burned God’s house, broke down the wall of Jerusalem, burned all its palaces with fire, and destroyed all of its valuable vessels.
