sovvertendo i discorsi, ed ogni altezza che si eleva contro alla conoscenza di Dio; e cattivando ogni mente all'ubbidienza di Cristo.

Destruyendo consejos, y toda altura que se levanta contra la ciencia de Dios, y cautivando todo intento á la obediencia de Cristo;

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,
