außer was sich sonst zuträgt, nämlich, daß ich täglich werde angelaufen und trage Sorge für alle Gemeinden.

Sin otras cosas además, lo que sobre mí se agolpa cada día, la solicitud de todas las iglesias.

Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches.

Besides those things that are outside, there is that which presses on me daily: anxiety for all the assemblies.
