2 Corintios 2

Denn darum habe ich euch auch geschrieben, daß ich erkennete, ob ihr rechtschaffen seid, gehorsam zu sein in allen Stücken.

ESTO pues determiné para conmigo, no venir otra vez á vosotros con tristeza.

But I determined this with myself, that I would not come again to you in heaviness.

But I determined this for myself, that I would not come to you again in sorrow.

Welchem aber ihr etwas vergebet, dem vergebe ich auch. Denn auch ich, so ich etwas vergebe jemandem, das vergebe ich um euretwillen an Christi Statt,

Porque si yo os contristo, ¿quién será luego el que me alegrará, sino aquel á quien yo contristare?

For if I make you sorry, who is he then that maketh me glad, but the same which is made sorry by me?

For if I make you grieve, then who will make me glad but he who is made to grieve by me?

auf daß wir nicht übervorteilt werden vom Satan; denn uns ist nicht unbewußt, was er im Sinn hat.

Y esto mismo os escribí, porque cuando llegare no tenga tristeza sobre tristeza de los que me debiera gozar; confiando en vosotros todos que mi gozo es el de todos vosotros.

And I wrote this same unto you, lest, when I came, I should have sorrow from them of whom I ought to rejoice; having confidence in you all, that my joy is the joy of you all.

And I wrote this very thing to you, so that when I came, I wouldn’t have sorrow from them of whom I ought to rejoice; having confidence in you all that my joy would be shared by all of you.

Da ich aber gen Troas kam, zu predigen das Evangelium Christi, und mir eine Tür aufgetan war in dem HERRN,

Porque por la mucha tribulación y angustia del corazón os escribí con muchas lágrimas; no para que fueseis contristados, mas para que supieseis cuánto más amor tengo para con vosotros.

For out of much affliction and anguish of heart I wrote unto you with many tears; not that ye should be grieved, but that ye might know the love which I have more abundantly unto you.

For out of much affliction and anguish of heart I wrote to you with many tears, not that you should be made to grieve, but that you might know the love that I have so abundantly for you.

hatte ich keine Ruhe in meinem Geist, da ich Titus, meinen Bruder, nicht fand, sondern ich machte meinen Abschied mit ihnen und fuhr aus nach Mazedonien.

Que si alguno me contristó, no me contristó á mí, sino en parte, por no cargaros, á todos vosotros.

But if any have caused grief, he hath not grieved me, but in part: that I may not overcharge you all.

But if any has caused sorrow, he has caused sorrow not to me, but in part (that I not press too heavily) to you all.

Aber Gott sei gedankt, der uns allezeit Sieg gibt in Christo und offenbaret den Geruch seiner Erkenntnis durch uns an allen Orten.

Bástale al tal esta reprensión hecha de muchos;

Sufficient to such a man is this punishment, which was inflicted of many.

This punishment which was inflicted by the many is sufficient for such a one;

Denn wir sind Gott ein guter Geruch Christi, beide, unter denen, die selig werden, und unter denen, die verloren werden:

Así que, al contrario, vosotros más bien lo perdonéis y consoléis, porque no sea el tal consumido de demasiada tristeza.

So that contrariwise ye ought rather to forgive him, and comfort him, lest perhaps such a one should be swallowed up with overmuch sorrow.

so that, on the contrary, you should rather forgive him and comfort him, lest by any means such a one should be swallowed up with his excessive sorrow.

diesen ein Geruch des Todes zum Tode, jenen aber ein Geruch des Lebens zum Leben. Und wer ist hiezu tüchtig?

Por lo cual os ruego que confirméis el amor para con él.

Wherefore I beseech you that ye would confirm your love toward him.

Therefore I beg you to confirm your love toward him.

Denn wir sind nicht wie etliche viele, die das Wort Gottes verfälschen, sondern als aus Lauterkeit und als aus Gott, vor Gott reden wir in Christo.

Porque también por este fin os escribí, para tener experiencia de vosotros si sois obedientes en todo.

For to this end also did I write, that I might know the proof of you, whether ye be obedient in all things.

For to this end I also wrote, that I might know the proof of you, whether you are obedient in all things.

Heben wir denn abermal an, uns selbst zu preisen? Oder bedürfen wir, wie etliche, der Lobebriefe an euch oder Lobebriefe von euch?

Y al que vosotros perdonareis, yo también: porque también yo lo que he perdonado, si algo he perdonado, por vosotros lo he hecho en persona de Cristo;

To whom ye forgive any thing, I forgive also: for if I forgave any thing, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes forgave I it in the person of Christ;

Now I also forgive whomever you forgive anything. For if indeed I have forgiven anything, I have forgiven that one for your sakes in the presence of Christ,

Ihr seid unser Brief, in unser Herz geschrieben, der erkannt und gelesen wird von allen Menschen,

Porque no seamos engañados de Satanás: pues no ignoramos sus maquinaciones.

Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

that no advantage may be gained over us by Satan, for we are not ignorant of his schemes.

die ihr offenbar worden seid, daß ihr ein Brief Christi seid, durch unser Predigtamt zubereitet und durch uns geschrieben, nicht mit Tinte, sondern mit dem Geist des lebendigen Gottes, nicht in steinerne Tafeln, sondern in fleischerne Tafeln des Herzens.

Cuando vine á Troas para el evangelio de Cristo, aunque me fué abierta puerta en el Señor,

Furthermore, when I came to Troas to preach Christ’s gospel, and a door was opened unto me of the Lord,

Now when I came to Troas for the Good News of Christ, and when a door was opened to me in the Lord,

Ein solch Vertrauen aber haben wir durch Christum zu Gott.

No tuve reposo en mi espíritu, por no haber hallado á Tito mi hermano: así, despidiéndome de ellos, partí para Macedonia.

I had no rest in my spirit, because I found not Titus my brother: but taking my leave of them, I went from thence into Macedonia.

I had no relief for my spirit, because I didn’t find Titus my brother, but taking my leave of them, I went out into Macedonia.

Nicht daß wir tüchtig sind von uns selber, etwas zu denken als von uns selber, sondern daß wir tüchtig sind, ist von Gott,

Mas á Dios gracias, el cual hace que siempre triunfemos en Cristo Jesús, y manifiesta el olor de su conocimiento por nosotros en todo lugar.

Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.

Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and reveals through us the sweet aroma of his knowledge in every place.

welcher auch uns tüchtig gemacht hat, das Amt zu führen des Neuen Testaments, nicht des Buchstabens, sondern des Geistes. Denn der Buchstabe tötet, aber der Geist macht lebendig.

Porque para Dios somos buen olor de Cristo en los que se salvan, y en los que se pierden:

For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:

For we are a sweet aroma of Christ to God in those who are being saved and in those who perish:

So aber das Amt, das durch die Buchstaben tötet und in die Steine ist gebildet, Klarheit hatte, also daß die Kinder Israel nicht konnten ansehen das Angesicht Mose's um der Klarheit willen seines Angesichtes, die doch aufhöret,

A éstos ciertamente olor de muerte para muerte; y á aquéllos olor de vida para vida. Y para estas cosas ¿quién es suficiente?

To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?

to the one a stench from death to death, to the other a sweet aroma from life to life. Who is sufficient for these things?

wie sollte nicht viel mehr das Amt, das den Geist gibt, Klarheit haben?

Porque no somos como muchos, mercaderes falsos de la palabra de Dios: antes con sinceridad, como de Dios, delante de Dios, hablamos en Cristo.

For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.

For we are not as so many, peddling the word of God. But as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God, we speak in Christ.
