2 Corintios 4

Deshalb werden wir, weil wir infolge des uns widerfahrenen (göttlichen) Erbarmens dieses Amt zu verwalten haben, nicht mutlos,

POR lo cual teniendo nosotros esta administración según la misericordia que hemos alcanzado, no desmayamos;

Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;

Therefore, seeing we have this ministry, even as we obtained mercy, we don’t faint.

sondern haben uns von aller schändlichen Heimlichtuerei losgesagt; denn wir gehen nicht mit Arglist um, verfälschen auch das Wort Gottes nicht, empfehlen uns vielmehr durch die offene Verkündigung der Wahrheit jedem Gewissensurteil der Menschen vor den Augen Gottes.

Antes quitamos los escondrijos de vergüenza, no andando con astucia, ni adulterando la palabra de Dios, sino por manifestación de la verdad encomendándonos á nosotros mismos á toda conciencia humana delante de Dios.

But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.

Wenn trotzdem die von uns verkündigte Heilsbotschaft »verhüllt« ist, so ist sie doch nur bei denen verhüllt, welche verlorengehen,

Que si nuestro evangelio está aún encubierto, entre los que se pierden está encubierto:

But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

Even if our Good News is veiled, it is veiled in those who are dying,

weil in ihnen der Gott dieser Weltzeit das Denkvermögen der Ungläubigen verdunkelt hat, damit ihnen das helle Licht der Heilsbotschaft von der Herrlichkeit Christi, der das Ebenbild Gottes ist, nicht leuchte.

En los cuales el dios de este siglo cegó los entendimientos de los incrédulos, para que no les resplandezca la lumbre del evangelio de la gloria de Cristo, el cual es la imagen de Dios.

In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

in whom the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them.

Denn nicht »uns selbst« verkündigen wir, sondern Christus Jesus als den Herrn, uns selbst aber als eure Knechte um Jesu willen.

Porque no nos predicamos á nosotros mismos, sino á Jesucristo, el Señor; y nosotros vuestros siervos por Jesús.

For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus’ sake.

For we don’t preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake,

Denn Gott, der da geboten hat: »Aus der Finsternis strahle das Licht hervor!«, der ist es auch, der das Licht in unsern Herzen hat aufstrahlen lassen, um (uns) die Erkenntnis der Herrlichkeit Gottes im Angesicht Christi erglänzen zu lassen.

Porque Dios, que mandó que de las tinieblas resplandeciese la luz, es el que resplandeció en nuestros corazones, para iluminación del conocimiento de la gloria de Dios en la faz de Jesucristo.

For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

seeing it is God who said, “Light will shine out of darkness,” who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Wir besitzen aber diesen Schatz in irdenen Gefäßen, damit die überschwengliche (Fülle der) Kraft sich als Gott angehörend und nicht als von uns stammend erweise.

Tenemos empero este tesoro en vasos de barro, para que la alteza del poder sea de Dios, y no de nosotros:

But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.

But we have this treasure in clay vessels, that the exceeding greatness of the power may be of God and not from ourselves.

Allenthalben sind wir bedrängt, aber nicht erdrückt, in Ratlosigkeit versetzt, aber nicht in Verzagtheit,

Estando atribulados en todo, mas no angustiados; en apuros, mas no desesperamos;

We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;

We are pressed on every side, yet not crushed; perplexed, yet not to despair;

verfolgt, aber nicht im Stich gelassen, zu Boden niedergeworfen, aber nicht ums Leben gebracht;

Perseguidos, mas no desamparados; abatidos, mas no perecemos;

Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;

pursued, yet not forsaken; struck down, yet not destroyed;

allezeit tragen wir das Sterben Jesu an unserm Leibe mit uns umher, damit auch das Leben Jesu an unserm Leibe sichtbar werde.

Llevando siempre por todas partes la muerte de Jesús en el cuerpo, para que también la vida de Jesús sea manifestada en nuestros cuerpos.

Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.

always carrying in the body the putting to death of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body.

Denn immerfort werden wir mitten im Leben in den Tod dahingegeben um Jesu willen, damit auch das Leben Jesu an unserm sterblichen Fleische sichtbar werde.

Porque nosotros que vivimos, siempre estamos entregados á muerte por Jesús, para que también la vida de Jesús sea manifestada en nuestra carne mortal.

For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.

For we who live are always delivered to death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus may be revealed in our mortal flesh.

Somit tut der Tod sein Werk in uns, das Leben aber in euch.

De manera que la muerte obra en nosotros, y en vosotros la vida.

So then death worketh in us, but life in you.

So then death works in us, but life in you.

Weil wir aber denselben Geist des Glaubens besitzen – nach dem Wort der Schrift: »Ich habe geglaubt, darum habe ich geredet« –, so glauben auch wir und deshalb reden wir auch;

Empero teniendo el mismo espíritu de fe, conforme á lo que está escrito: Creí, por lo cual también hablé: nosotros también creemos, por lo cual también hablamos;

We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;

But having the same spirit of faith, according to that which is written, “I believed, and therefore I spoke.” We also believe, and therefore we also speak,

denn wir wissen, daß der, welcher den Herrn Jesus auferweckt hat, auch uns mit Jesus auferwecken und uns mit euch zusammen (vor ihm, d.h. vor dem Richterstuhl Christi) darstellen wird.

Estando ciertos que el que levantó al Señor Jesús, á nosotros también nos levantará por Jesús, y nos pondrá con vosotros.

Knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you.

knowing that he who raised the Lord Jesus will raise us also through Jesus, and will present us with you.

Denn das alles geschieht um euretwillen, damit die Gnade, gemehrt durch immer weiteren Zuwachs (der Begnadeten), die Danksagung in immer stärkerem Strom sich ergießen lasse zur Ehre Gottes.

Porque todas estas cosas padecemos por vosotros, para que abundando la gracia por muchos, en el hacimiento de gracias sobreabunde á gloria de Dios.

For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God.

For all things are for your sakes, that the grace, being multiplied through the many, may cause the thanksgiving to abound to the glory of God.

Darum werden wir auch nicht verzagt; nein, wenn auch unser äußerer Mensch aufgerieben wird, so empfängt doch unser innerer Mensch Tag für Tag neue Kraft.

Por tanto, no desmayamos: antes aunque este nuestro hombre exterior se va desgastando, el interior empero se renueva de día en día.

For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.

Therefore we don’t faint, but though our outward person is decaying, yet our inward person is renewed day by day.

Denn die augenblickliche, leicht wiegende Last unserer Leiden bringt uns in überschwenglicher Weise über alles Maß hinaus ein ewiges Vollgewicht von Herrlichkeit ein,

Porque lo que al presente es momentáneo y leve de nuestra tribulación, nos obra un sobremanera alto y eterno peso de gloria;

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

For our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory,

weil wir den Blick nicht auf das Sichtbare, sondern auf das Unsichtbare richten; denn das Sichtbare ist zeitlich, das Unsichtbare aber bleibt ewig.

No mirando nosotros á las cosas que se ven, sino á las que no se ven: porque las cosas que se ven son temporales, mas las que no se ven son eternas.

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

while we don’t look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
