2 Corintios 7

Ayant donc ces promesses, bien-aimés, purifions-nous nous-mêmes de toute souillure de chair et d’esprit, achevant la sainteté dans la crainte de Dieu.

ASÍ que, amados, pues tenemos tales promesas, limpiémonos de toda inmundicia de carne y de espíritu, perfeccionando la santificación en temor de Dios.

Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Recevez-nous : nous n’avons fait tort à personne, nous n’avons ruiné personne, nous ne nous sommes enrichis aux dépens de personne.

Admitidnos: á nadie hemos injuriado, á nadie hemos corrompido, á nadie hemos engañado.

Receive us; we have wronged no man, we have corrupted no man, we have defrauded no man.

Open your hearts to us. We wronged no one. We corrupted no one. We took advantage of no one.

Je ne dis pas ceci pour †vous condamner, car j’ai déjà dit que vous êtes dans nos cœurs à mourir ensemble et à vivre ensemble.

No para condenaros lo digo; que ya he dicho antes que estáis en nuestros corazones, para morir y para vivir juntamente.

I speak not this to condemn you: for I have said before, that ye are in our hearts to die and live with you.

I say this not to condemn you, for I have said before that you are in our hearts to die together and live together.

Ma franchise est grande envers vous, je me glorifie grandement de vous ; je suis rempli de consolation ; ma joie surabonde au milieu de toute notre affliction.

Mucha confianza tengo de vosotros, tengo de vosotros mucha gloria; lleno estoy de consolación, sobreabundo de gozo en todas nuestras tribulaciones.

Great is my boldness of speech toward you, great is my glorying of you: I am filled with comfort, I am exceeding joyful in all our tribulation.

Great is my boldness of speech toward you. Great is my boasting on your behalf. I am filled with comfort. I overflow with joy in all our affliction.

Car aussi, lorsque nous sommes arrivés en Macédoine, notre chair n’a eu aucun repos, mais nous avons été affligés en toute manière : au-dehors, des combats ; au-dedans, des craintes.

Porque aun cuando vinimos á Macedonia, ningún reposo tuvo nuestra carne; antes, en todo fuimos atribulados: de fuera, cuestiones; de dentro, temores.

For, when we were come into Macedonia, our flesh had no rest, but we were troubled on every side; without were fightings, within were fears.

For even when we had come into Macedonia, our flesh had no relief, but we were afflicted on every side. Fightings were outside. Fear was inside.

Mais celui qui console ceux qui sont abaissés, Dieu, nous a consolés par la venue de Tite,

Mas Dios, que consuela á los humildes, nos consoló con la venida de Tito:

Nevertheless God, that comforteth those that are cast down, comforted us by the coming of Titus;

Nevertheless, he who comforts the lowly, God, comforted us by the coming of Titus,

et non seulement par sa venue, mais aussi par la consolation dont il a été rempli à votre sujet, en nous racontant votre grand désir, vos larmes, votre affection ardente envers moi, de sorte que je me suis d’autant plus réjoui.

Y no sólo con su venida, sino también con la consolación con que él fué consolado acerca de vosotros, haciéndonos saber vuestro deseo grande, vuestro lloro, vuestro celo por mí, para que así me gozase más.

And not by his coming only, but by the consolation wherewith he was comforted in you, when he told us your earnest desire, your mourning, your fervent mind toward me; so that I rejoiced the more.

and not by his coming only, but also by the comfort with which he was comforted in you while he told us of your longing, your mourning, and your zeal for me, so that I rejoiced still more.

Car si aussi je vous ai attristés par ma lettre, je n’en ai pas de regret, si même j’en ai eu du regret (car je vois que cette lettre vous a attristés, lors même que †ce n’a été que pour un temps).

Porque aunque os contristé por la carta, no me arrepiento, bien que me arrepentí; porque veo que aquella carta, aunque por algún tiempo os contristó,

For though I made you sorry with a letter, I do not repent, though I did repent: for I perceive that the same epistle hath made you sorry, though it were but for a season.

For though I grieved you with my letter, I do not regret it, though I did regret it. For I see that my letter made you grieve, though just for a while.

Maintenant je me réjouis, non de ce que vous avez été attristés, mais de ce que vous avez été attristés à repentance ; car vous avez été attristés selon Dieu, afin qu’en rien vous ne receviez de préjudice de notre part.

Ahora me gozo, no porque hayáis sido contristados, sino porque fuisteis contristados para arrepentimiento; porque habéis sido contristados según Dios, para que ninguna pérdida padecieseis por nuestra parte.

Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing.

I now rejoice, not that you were grieved, but that you were grieved to repentance. For you were grieved in a godly way, that you might suffer loss by us in nothing.

Car la tristesse qui est selon Dieu opère une repentance à salut dont on n’a pas de regret, mais la tristesse du monde opère la mort.

Porque el dolor que es según Dios, obra arrepentimiento saludable, de que no hay que arrepentirse; mas el dolor del siglo obra muerte.

For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, which brings no regret. But the sorrow of the world produces death.

Car voici, ce †fait même que vous avez été attristés selon Dieu, quel empressement il a produit en vous, mais quelles excuses, mais quelle indignation, mais quelle crainte, mais quel ardent désir, mais quel zèle, mais quelle vengeance : À tous égards, vous avez montré que vous êtes purs dans l’affaire.

Porque he aquí, esto mismo que según Dios fuisteis contristados, cuánta solicitud ha obrado en vosotros, y aun defensa, y aun enojo, y aun temor, y aun gran deseo, y aun celo, y aun vindicación. En todo os habéis mostrado limpios en el negocio.

For behold this selfsame thing, that ye sorrowed after a godly sort, what carefulness it wrought in you, yea, what clearing of yourselves, yea, what indignation, yea, what fear, yea, what vehement desire, yea, what zeal, yea, what revenge! In all things ye have approved yourselves to be clear in this matter.

For behold, this same thing, that you were grieved in a godly way, what earnest care it worked in you. Yes, what defense, indignation, fear, longing, zeal, and vindication! In everything you demonstrated yourselves to be pure in the matter.

Ainsi, si même je vous ai écrit, ce n’a point été à cause de celui qui a fait le tort ni à cause de celui à qui on a fait tort, mais afin que le zèle que nous avons pour vous, vous soit manifesté devant Dieu.

Así que, aunque os escribí, no fué por causa del que hizo la injuria, ni por causa del que la padeció, mas para que os fuese manifiesta nuestra solicitud que tenemos por vosotros delante de Dios.

Wherefore, though I wrote unto you, I did it not for his cause that had done the wrong, nor for his cause that suffered wrong, but that our care for you in the sight of God might appear unto you.

So although I wrote to you, I wrote not for his cause that did the wrong, nor for his cause that suffered the wrong, but that your earnest care for us might be revealed in you in the sight of God.

C’est pourquoi nous avons été consolés. Et nous nous sommes réjouis d’autant plus abondamment, dans notre consolation, de la joie de Tite, parce que son esprit a été récréé par vous tous.

Por tanto, tomamos consolación de vuestra consolación: empero mucho más nos gozamos por el gozo de Tito, que haya sido recreado su espíritu de todos vosotros.

Therefore we were comforted in your comfort: yea, and exceedingly the more joyed we for the joy of Titus, because his spirit was refreshed by you all.

Therefore we have been comforted. In our comfort we rejoiced the more exceedingly for the joy of Titus, because his spirit has been refreshed by you all.

Parce que, si en quelque chose je me suis glorifié de vous auprès de lui, je n’en ai pas été confus ; mais comme nous vous avons dit toutes choses selon la vérité, ainsi aussi ce dont nous nous étions glorifiés auprès de Tite s’est trouvé vrai,

Pues si algo me he gloriado para con él de vosotros, no he sido avergonzado; antes, como todo lo que habíamos dicho de vosotros era con verdad, así también nuestra gloria delante de Tito fué hallada verdadera.

For if I have boasted any thing to him of you, I am not ashamed; but as we spake all things to you in truth, even so our boasting, which I made before Titus, is found a truth.

For if in anything I have boasted to him on your behalf, I was not disappointed. But as we spoke all things to you in truth, so our glorying also which I made before Titus was found to be truth.

et son affection se porte plus abondamment sur vous, quand il se souvient de l’obéissance de vous tous, comment vous l’avez reçu avec crainte et tremblement.

Y sus entrañas son más abundantes para con vosotros, cuando se acuerda de la obediencia de todos vosotros, de cómo lo recibisteis con temor y temblor.

And his inward affection is more abundant toward you, whilst he remembereth the obedience of you all, how with fear and trembling ye received him.

His affection is more abundantly toward you, while he remembers all of your obedience, how with fear and trembling you received him.

Je me réjouis de ce qu’en toutes choses j’ai de la confiance à votre égard.

Me gozo de que en todo estoy confiado de vosotros.

I rejoice therefore that I have confidence in you in all things.

I rejoice that in everything I am confident concerning you.
