Als Jehu sich dann zu seinen Vätern gelegt und man ihn in Samaria begraben hatte, folgte ihm sein Sohn Joahas in der Regierung nach.

Y durmió Jehú con sus padres, y sepultáronlo en Samaria: y reinó en su lugar Joachâz su hijo.

And Jehu slept with his fathers: and they buried him in Samaria. And Jehoahaz his son reigned in his stead.
