9Entonces el sacerdote Joiada tomó un cofre, le hizo una ranura en la tapa y lo puso al lado derecho del altar, según se entra al templo de Yahvé. Los sacerdotes que cuidaban la entrada ponían en el cofre todo el dinero que la gente traía al templo.

9Mas el pontífice Joiada tomó un arca, é hízole en la tapa un agujero, y púsola junto al altar, á la mano derecha como se entra en el templo de Jehová; y los sacerdotes que guardaban la puerta, ponían allí todo el dinero que se metía en la casa de Jehová.

9But Jehoiada the priest took a chest, and bored a hole in the lid of it, and set it beside the altar, on the right side as one cometh into the house of the LORD: and the priests that kept the door put therein all the money that was brought into the house of the LORD.
