7El ejército de Joacaz había quedado reducido a cincuenta jinetes, diez carros de guerra y diez mil soldados de infantería, porque el rey de Siria los había destruido, dejándolos como el polvo al ser trillado.

7Neither did he leave of the people to Jehoahaz but fifty horsemen, and ten chariots, and ten thousand footmen; for the king of Syria had destroyed them, and had made them like the dust by threshing.
