Pero Amasías no quiso aquietarse. Por lo cual Joás, rey de Israel salió a campaña, y encontrándose él y Amasías, rey de Judá, junto a Betsamés, ciudad de Judá,

Mas Amasías no dió oídos; por lo que subió Joas rey de Israel, y viéronse de rostro él y Amasías rey de Judá, en Beth-semes, que es de Judá.

But Amaziah would not hear. Therefore Jehoash king of Israel went up; and he and Amaziah king of Judah looked one another in the face at Beth-shemesh, which belongeth to Judah.
