Jotão fez o que era correto aos olhos de Yahweh. Ele seguiu todo o exemplo de seu pai, Uzias.

Y él hizo lo recto en ojos de Jehová; hizo conforme á todas las cosas que había hecho su padre Uzzía.

And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD: he did according to all that his father Uzziah had done.
