10El rey Acaz fue entonces a Damasco a encontrarse con el rey Tiglat Piléser, y mientras estaba allí vio un altar pagano que le agradó. Hizo un dibujo de ese altar, con sus dimensiones y detalles, y se lo envió al sacerdote Urías con una descripción detallada.

10Y fué el rey Achâz á encontrar á Tiglath-pileser rey de Asiria en Damasco; y visto que hubo el rey Achâz el altar que estaba en Damasco, envió á Urías sacerdote el diseño y la descripción del altar, conforme á toda su hechura.

10And king Ahaz went to Damascus to meet Tiglath-pileser king of Assyria, and saw an altar that was at Damascus: and king Ahaz sent to Urijah the priest the fashion of the altar, and the pattern of it, according to all the workmanship thereof.
