E atendeu-lhe o rei da Assíria; pois subiu o rei da Assíria contra Damasco, e tomou-a, e transportou os moradores a Quir, e matou a Resim.

Y atendióle el rey de Asiria; pues subió el rey de Asiria contra Damasco, y tomóla, y trasportó los moradores á Kir, y mató á Resín.

And the king of Assyria hearkened unto him: for the king of Assyria went up against Damascus, and took it, and carried the people of it captive to Kir, and slew Rezin.
