Ainsi ces nations-là révéraient l’Eternel, et servaient en même temps leurs images ; et leurs enfants, et les enfants de leurs enfants font jusqu’à ce jour comme leurs pères ont fait.

Así temieron á Jehová aquellas gentes, y juntamente sirvieron á sus ídolos: y también sus hijos y sus nietos, según que hicieron sus padres, así hacen hasta hoy.

So these nations feared the LORD, and served their graven images, both their children, and their children’s children: as did their fathers, so do they unto this day.
