Da antwortete Hiskia dem Jesaja: »Gütig ist das Wort des HERRN, das du mir mitgeteilt hast!« Er dachte nämlich: »Nun gut: es wird ja doch Friede und Sicherheit herrschen, solange ich lebe.«

Entonces Ezechîas dijo á Isaías: La palabra de Jehová que has hablado, es buena. Después dijo: ¿Mas no habrá paz y verdad en mis días?

Then said Hezekiah unto Isaiah, Good is the word of the LORD which thou hast spoken. And he said, Is it not good, if peace and truth be in my days?

Then Hezekiah said to Isaiah, “The LORD’s word which you have spoken is good.” He said moreover, “Isn’t it so, if peace and truth will be in my days?”
