Laonde l'anno nono del suo regno, nel decimo giorno del decimo mese, Nebucadnesar, re di Babilonia, venne contro a Gerusalemme, con tutto il suo esercito, e pose campo contro ad essa; e fabbricarono delle bastie contro ad essa d'ogn'intorno.

Y ACONTECIÓ á los nueve años de su reinado, en el mes décimo, á los diez del mes, que Nabucodonosor rey de Babilonia vino con todo su ejército contra Jerusalem, y cercóla; y levantaron contra ella ingenios alrededor.

And it came to pass in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came, he, and all his host, against Jerusalem, and pitched against it; and they built forts against it round about.

ed essendo stata la città sforzata, tutta la gente di guerra se ne fuggì di notte, per la via della porta fra le due mura, che riguardava verso l'orto del re, essendo i Caldei sopra la città d'ogn'intorno; e il re se ne andò traendo verso il deserto.

Abierta ya la ciudad, huyeron de noche todos los hombres de guerra por el camino de la puerta que estaba entre los dos muros, junto á los huertos del rey, estando los Caldeos alrededor de la ciudad; y el rey se fué camino de la campiña.

And the city was broken up, and all the men of war fled by night by the way of the gate between two walls, which is by the king’s garden: (now the Chaldees were against the city round about:) and the king went the way toward the plain.

And in the fifth month, on the seventh day of the month, which is the nineteenth year of king Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, came Nebuzar-adan, captain of the guard, a servant of the king of Babylon, unto Jerusalem:

E tutto l'esercito de' Caldei, ch'era col capitano della guardia, disfece le mura di Gerusalemme d'ogn'intorno.

Y todo el ejército de los Caldeos que estaba con el capitán de la guardia, derribó los muros de Jerusalem alrededor.

And all the army of the Chaldees, that were with the captain of the guard, brake down the walls of Jerusalem round about.

Nebuzaradan, capitano della guardia, menò in cattività il rimanente del popolo ch'era restato nella città, insieme con quelli ch'erano andati ad arrendersi al re di Babilonia, e il rimanente del popolazzo.

Y á los del pueblo que habían quedado en la ciudad, y á los que se habían juntado al rey de Babilonia, y á los que habían quedado del vulgo, trasportólos Nabuzaradán, capitán de los de la guardia.

Now the rest of the people that were left in the city, and the fugitives that fell away to the king of Babylon, with the remnant of the multitude, did Nebuzar-adan the captain of the guard carry away.

Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carried away captive the rest of the people who were left in the city and those who had deserted to the king of Babylon—all the rest of the multitude.

Y quebraron los Caldeos las columnas de bronce que estaban en la casa de Jehová, y las basas, y el mar de bronce que estaba en la casa de Jehová, y llevaron el metal de ello á Babilonia.

And the pillars of brass that were in the house of the LORD, and the bases, and the brasen sea that was in the house of the LORD, did the Chaldees break in pieces, and carried the brass of them to Babylon.

The Chaldeans broke up the pillars of bronze that were in the LORD’s house and the bases and the bronze sea that were in the LORD’s house, and carried the bronze pieces to Babylon.

Portarono eziandio via le caldaie, e le palette, e le forcelle, e le cazzuole, e tutti gli strumenti di rame, co' quali si faceva il servigio.

And the firepans, and the bowls, and such things as were of gold, in gold, and of silver, in silver, the captain of the guard took away.

Una colonna era alta diciotto cubiti, e sopra essa vi era un capitello di rame, alto tre cubiti; e sopra il capitello d'ogn'intorno vi era una rete, e delle melegrane; tutto era di rame; le medesime cose erano ancora nell'altra colonna, insieme con la sua rete.

La altura de la una columna era diez y ocho codos y tenía encima un capitel de bronce, y la altura del capitel era de tres codos; y sobre el capitel había un enredado y granadas alrededor, todo de bronce: y semejante obra había en la otra columna con el enredado.

The height of the one pillar was eighteen cubits, and the chapiter upon it was brass: and the height of the chapiter three cubits; and the wreathen work, and pomegranates upon the chapiter round about, all of brass: and like unto these had the second pillar with wreathen work.

The height of the one pillar was eighteen cubits, and a capital of bronze was on it. The height of the capital was three cubits, with network and pomegranates on the capital around it, all of bronze; and the second pillar with its network was like these.

Prese eziandio, e menò via dalla città un eunuco, ch'era commissario della gente di guerra, e cinque uomini de' famigliari del re, che furono ritrovati nella città, e il principale scrivano di guerra, che faceva le rassegne degli eserciti del popolo del paese, e sessant'uomini principali del popolo del paese, che furono ritrovati nella città.

Y de la ciudad tomó un eunuco, el cual era maestre de campo, y cinco varones de los continuos del rey, que se hallaron en la ciudad; y al principal escriba del ejército, que hacía la reseña de la gente del país; y sesenta varones del pueblo de la tierra, que se hallaron en la ciudad.

And out of the city he took an officer that was set over the men of war, and five men of them that were in the king’s presence, which were found in the city, and the principal scribe of the host, which mustered the people of the land, and threescore men of the people of the land that were found in the city:

E quant'è al popolo che restò nel paese di Giuda, il quale Nebucadnesar, re di Babilonia, vi lasciò, egli costituì sopra loro Ghedalia, figliuolo di Ahicam, figliuolo di Safan.

Y al pueblo que Nabucodonosor rey de Babilonia dejó en tierra de Judá, puso por gobernador á Gedalías, hijo de Ahicam hijo de Saphán.

And as for the people that remained in the land of Judah, whom Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon had left, even over them he made Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan, ruler.

E quando tutti i capitani della gente di guerra: Ismaele, figliuolo di Netania, e Iohanan, figliuolo di Carea, e Seraia, figliuolo di Tanhumet Netofatita, e Iaazania, figliuolo d'un Maacatita, e la lor gente, ebbero inteso che il re di Babilonia avea costituito governatore Ghedalia, vennero a lui in Mispa, con la lor gente.

Y oyendo todos los príncipes del ejército, ellos y su gente, que el rey de Babilonia había puesto por gobernador á Gedalías, viniéronse á él en Mizpa, es á saber, Ismael hijo de Nathanías, y Johanán hijo de Carea, y Saraía hijo de Tanhumet Netofatita, y Jaazanías hijo de Maachâti, ellos con los suyos.

And when all the captains of the armies, they and their men, heard that the king of Babylon had made Gedaliah governor, there came to Gedaliah to Mizpah, even Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and Johanan the son of Careah, and Seraiah the son of Tanhumeth the Netophathite, and Jaazaniah the son of a Maachathite, they and their men.

Now when all the captains of the forces, they and their men, heard that the king of Babylon had made Gedaliah governor, they came to Gedaliah to Mizpah, even Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, Johanan the son of Kareah, Seraiah the son of Tanhumeth the Netophathite, and Jaazaniah the son of the Maacathite, they and their men.

E Ghedalia giurò a loro, e alla lor gente, e disse loro: Non temiate d'esser soggetti a' Caldei; dimorate nel paese, e servite al re di Babilonia, e starete bene.

Entonces Gedalías les hizo juramento, á ellos y á los suyos, y díjoles: No temáis de ser siervos de los Caldeos; habitad en la tierra, y servid al rey de Babilonia, y os irá bien.

And Gedaliah sware to them, and to their men, and said unto them, Fear not to be the servants of the Chaldees: dwell in the land, and serve the king of Babylon; and it shall be well with you.

Ma avvenne che al settimo mese, Ismaele, figliuolo di Netania, figliuolo di Elisama, del sangue reale, venne, avendo dieci uomini seco, e percossero Ghedalia, ed egli morì. Percossero eziandio i Giudei, ed i Caldei, ch'erano con lui in Mispa.

Mas en el mes séptimo vino Ismael hijo de Nathanías, hijo de Elisama, de la estirpe real, y con él diez varones, é hirieron á Gedalías, y murió: y también á los Judíos y Caldeos que estaban con él en Mizpa.

But it came to pass in the seventh month, that Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, the son of Elishama, of the seed royal, came, and ten men with him, and smote Gedaliah, that he died, and the Jews and the Chaldees that were with him at Mizpah.

And it came to pass in the seven and thirtieth year of the captivity of Jehoiachin king of Judah, in the twelfth month, on the seven and twentieth day of the month, that Evil-merodach king of Babylon in the year that he began to reign did lift up the head of Jehoiachin king of Judah out of prison;

In the thirty-seventh year of the captivity of Jehoiachin king of Judah, in the twelfth month, on the twenty-seventh day of the month, Evilmerodach king of Babylon, in the year that he began to reign, released Jehoiachin king of Judah out of prison,

e parlò con lui benignamente, ed innalzò il seggio di esso sopra il seggio degli altri re, ch'erano con lui in Babilonia.

Y hablóle bien, y puso su asiento sobre el asiento de los reyes que con él estaban en Babilonia.

And he spake kindly to him, and set his throne above the throne of the kings that were with him in Babylon;

And his allowance was a continual allowance given him of the king, a daily rate for every day, all the days of his life.

and for his allowance, there was a continual allowance given him from the king, every day a portion, all the days of his life.
